“Great experience at this UPS store! I came in to print some pictures and one of the staff (he said he is from Nepal) was absolutely amazing. He spent time helping me figure out the right size and paper, all while being super friendly and professional. Definitely the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. I wish I had gotten his name - he really went above and beyond!”
“I needed two memorial images mounted on poster board for a funeral on Tuesday morning. I called the store on Sunday and spoke with Amber, who asked me to come in with the images so she could take a look. When we arrived, she immediately knew what we were there for. After reviewing the images, she quickly got us set up in the system and gave us a clear timeframe for when they would be ready later that same day.
When we picked them up, the mounts were beautifully done. I’m truly appreciative of the excellent customer service, empathy, and care Amber showed during such a difficult time. “After a very disappointing experience at the UPS store on 8200 A Quebec St in Centennial — where the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist with even basic tasks — I came to this location and the difference was night and day.
Kody was absolutely incredible. He was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me. He listened, understood the situation, and took care of everything smoothly and efficiently. His attitude was warm and welcoming, and he clearly takes pride in his work.
