I have been knowing Janine Kempfer for several years now, she has always been professional and just hard working to all of her clients and to my buyers as well! She also help me and my husband buy our first home and it was not easy one. She works countless hours to help clients in the community. I will always recommend her!!

I started the process of home buying process, approx. June 2022. First introduced by Realtor Joanie of Keller Williams to Janine of Prime Mortgage, LLC. It was explained that I would qualify for a first-time buyer down payment assistance program. After submitting all the paperwork. Which I did promptly with some problems with admin. But done. Waited for information from Prime Mortgage, LLC on how the process would go as we proceeded with this process nothing...Called Realtor then a few days later received a called from Janine of Prime Mortage, LLC she set an appointment by phone and did not call at appointment time. I then advised realtor Joanie she the set up a phone meeting with the three of us which was in September of 2022. Janine then explained the process and stated that she valued our relationship and to work with them herself and Joanie the process could take a while as did with their past relationship with another client that it took about nine months but was a satisfied new home buyer. That was now five months ago eight months since the beginning of this process. I have not heard from Realtor or Mortgage Company Representee in these five months. No holiday cordialities nothing. This has been a very disappointing experience as a first-time home buyer. I would not recommend Prime mortgage, LLC or Keller Willams Realty to anyone if these are the people that represent them. Lack of Professionalism by both Representatives.

I highly recommend Janine Kempfer! Janine and the team at Prime Mortgage did nothing short of a miracle in getting me approved for a mortgage loan that got my family in a home and IN NO LESS THAN 2 weeks! I cannot express how grateful I am for the hard work and effort they put forth in making sure that my needs and the needs of my family were met. If you want to own a home, don't think you can own a home, or are just thinking about wanting to own a home, you need to reach out to Janine at Prime Mortgage today! She is serious about getting people in a home!
