“Best out of the post offices near me.They are helpful friendly and know what they are doing. I had three international packages sent at the Bear Valley post office and all were sent back to me.They were unable to refund or help me .They sent me to another post office Englewood who took care of it right away . Unfortunately they couldn't refund as it should have been done by Bear Valley.I'am greatful for their help!”

“Every time I go to this post office I have an incredible experience. The workers are so incredibly kind and willing to help. Dan helped me yesterday night (11/10) and was a reminder to me of how simple it truly is to always treat everyone with kindness. I am not one to usually write reviews - but this post office stands out to me. These workers deserve just as anyone else to be treated with respect. Thank you Dan, and the fellow workers! “Von is the most helpful and friendly employee I’ve ever met at a USPS. Even for the customer in front of me, he was super detailed and helpful. He also was helpful in sorting out some package and label issues for me, unlike past employees I’ve interacted with, across multiple states, who won’t provide you with anything extra.”
“I had to mail a gift on Black Friday and I was worried the lines would be super long that day. I was pleasantly surprised that most people don't go to the post office the day after Thanksgiving and there was no line. The person who helped me at the desk was so friendly and nice. It was quick and easy to mail my package. Great customer service!”

“Quick and easy experience mailing a package from here! Short line, friendly clerks, convenient location. More affordable than UPS.My only complaints: This should have a self-service kiosk. And there is no bike parking. I had to awkwardly lock to the railing. Add a bike rack out front please!”
“Josie (the rude Asian lady everyone is talking about) is the best. She’s not rude, just knows her job. She is straight to the point and polite at the same time. Josie enlightens people on how to do things they are sending out the correct way. My first time inside this post office. I will go in there again.”
“I come here weekly and have to acknowledge the team working here. The staff are always super friendly and patient, despite dealing with constant disgruntled, entitled customers. They are short handed so there can be a wait, but if you’re a patient reasonable person it’s not bad at all typically.”
“I used this post office maybe 3 times during my stay in the area from 1997 - 2019. There were times when the Welshire Postal station on Evans Ave was closed and used this location. It is a small office with hit or miss service. Some employees are great, then some employees were brought in from other stations that filled for those that took time off hence the hit or miss part. Can't complain much as they do the best for what they have to deal with especially with that idiot LeJoy in D.C. running the Postal system into the ground!”

“First of all this is not the main USPS office! It’s on the next street on Marion! I’m sure gps got you confused as it did with me! The main USPS office is on Marion or google Park ave Tacos and it’s next to it!The lady who work there so as the Supervisor I think his name is Paul are super amazing and helpful! Wish if they just extended the office hours for more than 12-2 only. Thank you”

“This is a big and nice post office. I drive farther to go to this post office because they always have four mail clerks on the weekdays and a they have a couple of self serve post office stamp machines. They are very helpful and good with customer service and they get you out fast. I highly recommend this post office.”
“This office is usually understaffed. When they have two clerks the line moves quick. Sometimes my anxiety is raging and they have always been patient with me and put up with my load mouth.”

“This has got to be my favorite Post Office I've ever been to! I love walking in and seeing a line of angry people held up by one elderly woman at the counter trying to write a check to ihop without her glasses on. All while the person working at the counter blankly stares into an oblivion. I love the front door that doesn't quite shut all the way. I love the dusty glass case that no one's touched in 15 years that's full of digital package scales and calculators for sale that partially bottle necks the lobby. I love when the occasional worker barrels out of the back to yell at everyone to get in line while everyones already in line. I love hearing the guy in front of me have a full volume Facetime call with his girlfriend. I mean, what's not to love about this place?”
“I went in to get my very first U.S. passport and was very glad I had Adriana to help me. I didn't even have my application filled out and she was of great help as she took the time to walk me through the process and made it seamless! Wonderful personality and FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!!”
“Never have I been to a USPS with such great efficiency and service. I didnt get the name of the person helping me but everybody had a great attitude, the line was quick, we got in and out doing what we needed to do while also having a great interaction: clerk 10 is the only name thing I got but he deserves a raise”
