I receive excellent and friendly service from Ciarra every time I go to the cleaners, once a week. I always feels special going to Tide Cleaners on Arapahoe and their prices are reasonable compared to other cleaners.

This place is awful at pressing men's dress shirts. My last pickup, there were creases on all of my items. Defeats the purpose if you have to iron them again.

I had a terrible customer service experience at Tide Cleaners on Arapahoe Road. They lost 2 of my dress pants and the management is not returning my repeated attempts to get a reply. Going forward I am not going to use this cleaners. This is the service you receive after being their customer for more than a decade.

Never again.
Took a regular shirt for pressing and was charged for dry cleaning. Almost $7.00 for one shirt.
Was supposed to be done Friday and was not done until Tuesday. I know there was a holiday on Monday but come one.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVISE IN THE AREA!!
Both the person at the counter and the manager are highly unprofessional. One says “I dont know where your clothes are” and the other doesn’t even bother to return their calls and emails. They have been keeping our clothes for the last 5 days, somewhere out of the shop wherever they’re doing the cleaning, zero update.

DON'T EVER PUT A STEP INSIDE THIS PLACE!
I'm a visitor from New York, needed some of my clothes to get cleaned. Dropped them on Wednesday, June 19th with a guarantee of next day return. Ever since that day they keep saying that my clothes haven't been back yet. On Friday I told them that I'm leaving the city soon and need them asap. It's Monday now and my clothes are still no where to be found. I have an early morning flight to catch tomorrow/Tuesday morning.
The manager is not returning to their calls and emails. Unprofessional service, the worst communication.
