Point of sale is frequently under manned. Nothing like tattoo manager coming for override with monster line then heading off to back office. Awesome.

This store is always fun to go to. Had an amazing experience with Marshall and the rest of the store team yesterday. They helped me test and select a great set of clubs and gave me a very fair price for my trade in. I was thinking it would have been easier to do it all online. I’m so glad I ended up at the PGA store instead!

We had a lovely experience at this store, we were visiting from Wyoming and my 6’4 boyfriend needed extended clubs and they got a whole set done for us in just a couple of hours because they knew we were leaving. Regripped and lengthened. Highly recommend. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly

Drove up from the mountains to hopefully buy a new set of clubs. Unfortunately we got there at 6pm and were waved away by the workers because they were closing despite the fact that the website stated the store closed at 7pm. Very disappointing as we are not sure when we will be able to make the long trip back up.

Went in for a “walk in fitting” fully prepared to spend money on a new driver. Get my bay and was asked a couple basic questions, get handed a club and then the guy walks away, came back once and asked “how’s it feel” then walks away and didn’t see him again. My expectations were low bc I was a walk in but I received no feedback or support, wasn’t able to test multiple options and was left alone on this “fitting” the entire time. I ended up walking out empty handed, total waste of time.

Great place! To be completely honest, I’ve always been a bit hesitant on getting my repairs, loft & lie adjustments, shaft replacements, etc done at a more franchised store. I used to play D1 college golf so been a bit spoiled there but these guys here are awesome. They did a great job on my shaft replacement, grip changes, and getting my loft & lies ready for the season. Special thanks to Jonathan and Mike as they have helped me out a lot and provided me amazing service. Thanks guys!

I've visited this PGA Tour Superstore numerous times, and often, with a few exceptions, the staff seem disinterested and give off a vibe that they don't enjoy their jobs. For instance, today I went to try out some drivers. I approached an employee near the hitting bays to request assistance with three specific clubs I wanted to test. Despite several bays being unoccupied, he informed me I'd have to wait for one to become available and then simply walked off without further explanation. I was left uncertain whether he intended to assist me further. Eventually, he returned to help, albeit reluctantly. Generally, it feels like the staff is doing me a favor rather than providing genuine customer service. I have purchased many sets of clubs costing in the range of $5000 at the PGA Tour Superstore over the years, but am tired of the treatment I receive most of the time. I plan to take my business else where.

UPDATE: I re-ordered this putter from another retailer and upon receiving it, I realized that PGA Superstore had included the wrong headcover on top of all the other issues. The new headcovers are much different and also nicer looking. Unreal this is considered "just coming with the territory". Taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. BUYER BEWARE when dealing with this place.I ordered a NEW putter online for pickup from the Superstore. Upon getting the putter home it was blatantly obvious that this was NOT a new putter. When I went to exchange the putter I was met with complete indifference from the manager of the store. On top of that they don't have the putter I wanted to exchange, even after the manager so confidently stated that he did; at which point he not so kindly said "we can special order, but that will take 5-6 weeks". He also had the audacity to say "this just comes with the territory". I am not sure if he was just having a bad day or if he is always this unprofessional and lacking in people skills, but his tone of voice and mannerisms were that of a person that really didn't want to be held accountable for anything. At the end of the day I just took my refund and ran. Absolutely blown away with how poor this experience was and I will never do business with PGA Superstore again.*Edit: I didn't take a picture of the bottom- but it had a bunch of scratching as well. Be aware when buying a putter from here that they just pull it off the demo floor. Pretty sure you don't sell the irons that get hit in the bays for full price. This practice is ridiculous.

I had a full bag fitting last Saturday with Dean Chavez and Dean made the entire experience very enjoyable and educational. I highly recommend getting your next fitting with him. He was very professional yet personable, and he had a great approach to the entire process. He was very patient, gave great feedback and provided helpful tips throughout the session. The time went fast and I left very satisfied with the fitting and my new clubs! It is a great facility to do the fitting as well. Great experience all the way around. Thanks Dean!

I recently had an iron fitting appointment at PGA Superstore, and despite being extremely late due to going to the wrong location, I had an outstanding experience thanks to Dean. I called to explain my situation, and Dean not only accommodated me but also made me feel at ease despite my initial rush and fluster.Dean's professionalism was evident from the start. Despite not having prior knowledge of my swing, he quickly assessed my needs and guided me through the fitting process with precision and expertise. His ability to bring me to the present moment and focus on consistency truly made a difference in improving my game. What stood out the most was Dean's deep knowledge of the game and equipment. He not only helped me find the right irons but also provided valuable insights and tips for enhancing my performance on the course.Dean's exceptional service, combined with his overall expertise, is the reason why I am willing to drive over an hour to visit PGA Superstore again. I highly recommend Dean and the PGA Superstore for anyone looking for top-notch service and a personalized experience to improve their golf game.

By far the worst store for help and customer service. The employees spend more time talking to each other and just standing around. No one wants to help and seems put off if you ask for help. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!!!

Practice bays...damaged and uneven mats...old beat up golf balls(dead balls)...cramped space (I'm 6'3" and had to be wary of back swing. Plus shortened timers on bays. Really weak effort/offering

The service here is terrible. I went in twice to get a new shaft for my driver. Impossible to get anyone to help you. They never come back and go out of their way to avoid you. When you finally talk to someone they act like they could care less. I’ll find another store to spend my money
