I disregarded the bad reviews and decided to try this place bc it was convenient to my office .. but this was the worst manicure I’ve had.. phots show my nails less than 1 week after a “gel” manicure. Typically I wouldn’t leave a review due to chipping & am understanding as I’ve had my nails done for many years but the manicurist was extremely rude to me (maybe she was just having a bad day..) throwing my hands around, clearly rushing through each step, no proper washing & no massage.. plus it was my birthday so a little extra disappointing..

I’ve been here twice nail salon is close to my office and I’ve made appointments during my lunch they are pointless because you end up waiting 20 mins. Always under staff and employees leave during your set to go finish others. Today I went for a French acrylic manicure ended up with just powder because the person I got couldn’t get straight lines, couldn’t even put cuticle oil on. Paid 60 dollars for uneven acrylic nails won’t ever go back.
Don’t waste your money.

I have always had a good experience here, until May 25th. I wasnt going to leave a review, but the man who did my nails refused to remedy the situation. He was in a rush, burned my nail bed from filing on the highest setting possible, took a big drill bit to the underside of my nail and basically filed my nail underneath completely off. My nails hurt for days after but I was going out of town. Now they're cracking, breaking and all I wanted was a refund and he rudely dismissed me. Then I said okay, "please I just want this taken off" and everyone in the salon refused very rudely. Customer service is horrible. He destroyed my nail and told me no one wants to touch me and that he would rather me file a complaint. Never going back and I suggest no one else go either. Im a licensed professional as well and our main job is infection control. They have unsanitary practices and thats contributing to my nail pain.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, no matter how low the prices are. I walked out of my service after my nail technician ripped my skin off and tried to continue my gel manicure. I was still bleeding profusely and he insisted on using the dirty towel to hold down my finger. Then he put skin protector liquid directly on my blood, not with a cotton ball. It went from bad to worse!

They always try and add $5 or $7 to the total. Beware, will say set dollar amount at beginning, then see if they can add anywhere between $5-15 before you check out. Rates are negotiable

Went in to get my dip removed and a manicure. Just removed my polish and realized they left a layer of dip! Not sure what I paid for!!! What a waist of time and money! Thanks for scamming me!

The nails were nice and I understand the shape and length is extra, but the price changed on me 3 times especially when the lady came over to help it was dropped to a more fair price
Got to the register and it went back up. Just felt weird.

I have been coming to this spot for nearly 8 years. I had a particular tech that I always saw for my monthly pedi and dip nails. Made my normal appointment last month, and then my regular tech didn't come to do my nails. The tech that came to do my nails told me my regular tech "didn't want to do my nails". It was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I won't be going back. I will find a shop that is kind to it's customers. Especially the regulars that have been coming to the shop for many years.

Love my ombré nails! It was a last minute appointment, I got in quickly and am thrilled with the service and how my nails turned out. Vicky was excellent! She made sure to complete one nail for my approval before continuing with the rest of the manicure. Very satisfied with both services and quality of nails!

I’ve been getting my nails done at a bunch of different places looking for one I like and been less than impressed. BUT, Vikki took so much time making sure the shape of my nails were on point and also that the polish was smooth. I really appreciated her time and effort!The shop itself could stand to be a bit cleaner but overall I’m pleased with my visit.

I have been coming to this place for years. I unfortunately will not be returning as my whole day was wasted! I spent 5hours here getting a basic service. The service was mediocre and I will have to pay to have the service redone elsewhere.
