I was only a manager for one of theirs Taco Bell locations for one week. Didn’t know what to do. Nobody trade me to do anything. They yelled at me for stuff that I didn’t even know how to do yet. I never came back.

I started as a shift lead and a month later they asked me to step up to GM no one train me for the GM position I learned every thing by my self they got a GM for the Spot and fired me instead of keeping me or recognize me I was working a GM position for 14 dollars an hour who will do all that job for 14 dollars an hour

It wasn’t very good of an experience and the Alvarado company says one thing and I’m still waiting for my last check that I was told would be in my bank Friday and still isn’t called the payroll department 5 times and nothing I’ll get my lawyers involved if this doesn’t change right now

Worked for them twice at two of their Taco Bell locations and they are by far the worst management possible. They never can stock or staff or their locations. Never care about quality or customer satisfaction and it’s sad because they own all of the taco bells around my area and they are all garbage. I hope they go out of business or lose their franchises due to their poor excuse of a business.

They don't do anything to store location for messing up your order so the time and the store at 350 S Federal Blvd don't know how to answer the phone at all

Was asking for the W-2 forms, she was insinuating I gave the wrong address,or I moved and didn't update the information. Was kinda hard to understand her deep ascent, and I got the feeling I was being rude ( me asking over and over on what she said.) I just simply wanted to make sure what the issue was, apparently the W-2 forms were sent back to the sender. ( Explained earlier on the issue of people moving and or address change.) Or just plain didnt speak clearly enough, but way-before hand they did call me back to make sure the address & info was correct. And it was.. Soo I don't see what the issue was, I jumped through all the hoops. I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS ISSUE, ASAP!! PLEASE.

A company that doesn't care if they have hostile work environments in their restaurants. Would rather get rid of the good employees that complain about unfair treatment than getting rid of the employees causing the problems.
