Soul crushing kind of place. I returned ink cartridges here for credit. Went in to buy a replacement cartridge today and was told very nonchalantly by the manager that it must've expired.I know I brought my cartridge recycles in less than 30 days ago but wasn't in the mood to argue with that kind of energy.She was more interested in badmouthing her higher ups to a coworker than anything to do with me. I think I'll do myself a favor and drive off a cliff before I go into that depressing place ever again.

I wish I could leave a negative review because these people won't give me my damn money back and I spent $50 on a calligraphy pen that exploded on me and they transferred it to a wrong credit card. Do not go here unless you wanna get manipulated and scammed.

Scam store - POS system fails after approving transactions and then places a hold in your checking account. Then they want you to rerun the card and take a second hold. Office Depot needs to go away or upgrade to a POS system that is not from the 90’s.And the fact the kid behind the counter tried to explain this as normal? Don’t take holds on peoples’ checking accounts and then ask them to take a second hold out, especially in big transaction purchases.On a back to school trip for my daughter, both transactions went thru and trying to fight for my money back was a nightmare.Never again Office Depot. Put the customer first and make sure you are not stealing from your customers and making them fight you for money back that you steal from them due to a poor POS system.
