Fariah the manager at this Office Depot was beyond helpful in the printing of cocktail menus that I had designed! She went above and beyond with helping me size everything correctly and getting everything to look perfect for the menus. She was friendly and did a great job. The menus look fantastic! Thank you Fariah!

Don't bother calling, major inconvenience to the woman answering the phone. "Use the web, and btw "deliver only" means "delivery only"." Well alrighty then. I'll use someone else's website and store then, thank you.

This place is always the worst! I bought a seven dollar USB drive. Went to an open check out. The lady was typing on her computer. I waited patiently. she then turned around without even acknowledging my presence and walked away and went to the back. So I waited. The other cashiers were calling up people to check out and still, I waited. No one said anything. I'm looking around trying to make eye contact, and I was absolutely ignored. Approximately 10 minutes later, I decided to leave. I left a USB on the counter and started walking towards the door. It was then that I heard, sir, I can help you. So I went back and he said are you ready to check out? I said I've been standing here for 10 minutes you're cashier took off I was about ready to leave. He didn't say anything. This is exactly why I buy everything on Amazon.

I went in to send a package one night and was not told that I was paying $128 to overnight a package that wasn't going to be shipped out that day but was told it was guaranteed to be there by 430 thr next day snd when i tracked the package in the morning find out thst it won't be there because it's still sitting at office depot snd the guy assured me it would go out that day snd be delivered thr next day and when I am finally able to track it it isn't going to be delivered for a few days do I've paid 128 dollars for a regularly shipped package that was supposed to be overnight delivery 2 days ago. This is total crap
