Mr. Neil Spencer was recommended to me when it came time to sell my house. Upon a home inspection, it was discovered that the house would need some serious repairs. This resulted in a very difficult sale. Neil recommended an engiineering co. Recommended a construction company and we got the HOA involved. I approved all of these and Neil took over as if it was his personal home. Neil communicated with me as needed, he kept all the workers coordinated until the job was completed. The house then sold in one day.
I would recommend Neil to anyone that needs a good person in need of a real estate expert.
I rated Neil as a number 5, I only wish that I could give him a number 10!

Working with Neil was an amazing experience! We had heard very positive things about Neil from some family members he has helped through the years and we are very lucky to have worked with him. He was able to pull off selling our home against all odds. He knew that selling our house was going to be messy and complex, but he dove right in with a positive attitude and without hesitation. Neil is very knowledgeable and just a great guy to work with!!! We highly recommend him!

We have worked with Neil about 18 years ago to purchase our house. He was extremely professional and helpful to find the house that met our requirements. Since then he has stayed in touch with us over the years. Recently we were ready to sell our house and we of course worked with Neil to sell our house. Neil did an excellent job listing our house to maximize our price as well as get a great offer within a reasonable timeframe for today’s market. He was very helpful throughout the process communicating clearly for each step and making the sales process smooth and seamless through to the closing. We highly recommend Neil.

Buying a home in the current Colorado housing market is a super daunting task, one that my husband and I both equally dreaded and were excited about at the same time. What we didn’t realize when we started this journey back in 2020 was just how crucial it was to have the right sherpa to guide us on this journey. We had two poor experiences with other agents and realized we needed someone who knew the market backwards and forwards, had the experience and education on every step of the way, and how to get us into the perfect house for us. Neil was all of that and more. We had a consultation with Neil to go over what we were looking for, what our must-haves and must-avoids were, and the areas we preferred. He went right to work putting together homes he thought we would be interested in. He worked with our schedules to set up tours and made sure to be available any time we saw a home we wanted to look at. We went to open-houses and Neil would join to help us figure out what exactly we were looking at, we were never on our own. We didn’t have to worry about anything and knew we could consult Neil on any question we had, and he would have the answer, or if he didn’t, we knew he would figure it out for us right away. We were always in communication with Neil which is so nice in how fast-paced the housing market is. We were finally able to buy a home in February 2023, and it was beyond anything we had expected when we started looking for our home. I can’t even say it was our dream house because it is more than we could have ever dreamed! And Neil was a major part of that. He made the whole process a dream in what is absolutely a nightmare if you are alone or using an agent that doesn’t care or know what they are doing. Experience matters and we are so grateful for Neil. We highly recommend using him to anyone looking for a home/property in Colorado.

When you’re not looking for a home, but happen to come across one that you can instantly see yourself in along with all your cherished belongings the next move is to reach out to an agent. Not only did we reach out to an agent, but we reached out to one of the absolute BEST! Neil is by far the most thorough, fast acting, and dedicated to making your dream of home ownership a reality. From the moment we first reached out till we were in the home, he kept in constant contact and made sure all the details were taken care of so we didn’t have to. Buying a home can be and typically is stress from start to finish, add in doing so during the Christmas holiday with family visiting, you being the one hosting (in the new home only a few short days later), and knowing a list of tasks need completed within the home before you can even move in. Working with Neil, was stress free, easy and things just moved right along. His experience, sincerity and level of professionalism is second to none – he’s hands down the guy you want in your corner. Not that we are planning to move, but if we were he’d be the first and only person we’d call – and he’ll be the only person we recommend to anyone we come across who’s looking.

Neil was a great agent. I honestly was a little skeptical at first due to his higher rating compared to other agents I was vetting; however, he lived up to the hype. This is my second house, so I knew the basics of the process but he helped me understand market conditions and put in a competitive offer. He advised me on the realistic value of the property vs. some of the mania that was happening recently. Neil was patient with my personality style and is very friendly. I have a very random schedule and was buying from out of state, so I was very appreciative of his flexibility. Neil is a great individual and the most professional agent I have met. He put my other agent on my first house to shame. I recommend him to all my friends. Thanks, Neil!
