Don't schedule an appointment here for any services, they don't staff the appointments on their end so there is no point. It's first come first serve for anything.
So if there is a line of walk-ins already there right before your appointment, your appointment doesn't happen until after they are all served first.

After Christmas 2022, I used this Greenwood Village, CO location of Mail Boxes Plus to drop off a UPS shipment to Canada. I initiated the UPS shipment via my online account and UPS did not create all of the necessary documentation for an international shipment, like they should have. The worker at Mail Boxes Plus caught all of this and then patiently waited while I called UPS to get things sorted out. I'm very grateful for the excellent customer service that was provided at this store. Thanks to the gentleman at the counter, my box arrived in Canada, no problems...
