Gentlemen in electrical aisle was super helpful and super nice. Needed some wire by the foot and this guy got me taken care of. Also the young lady at the self checkout was very helpful.

Went in for a grill and David from lawn a garden helped me, I've never had better customer service at any store in my life. He was so helpful, and also knowledgeable, it actually surprised me

Excellent customer service, and I would not hesitate to purchase any appliance from this store. I first called H Dep to ask about replacing my freezer light bulb. The guy there said well if you can’t see where it goes you probably never had one in the first place.
No, that wasn’t true but he didn’t want to take the time to ask what brand or model I have; he just wanted to get off the phone.
I was on a mission, so I pulled out my manual and I’m glad I kept the receipt from six years ago; I called Lowe’s and Rex took the time to look at one of his floor models, plug it in, and tell me where to find that elusive little thing! Very Much appreciated and Rex at Greenwood Village you have improved my life! Thank you

The staff are very helpful here. Lots of fun building toys for the husband and art tools for me. I love the planting area as well.

I wanted to acknowledge Tura who was working in the garden center. She was so amazing and went out of her way to help me. I hope to see more women working in the paint and plumbing section!!!!

Always a nice trip to this place. Nothing bad to say here. Is what I would've said up until yesterday. OMFG!!! I've been all over and have worn many hats and been called and treated like just about anything you can think of. But this one was special. From the second I walked in began the harshest round of profiling I've ever seen. Followed by not 1, not 2, but count them, 7 employees throughout every aisle and every step I took. They made little attempt to disguise they're intentions. A feeble wave of a scan gun, counting items in a bag which contains 1 item, and the classic reading of a label (which was facing away from the proposed reader.) I have never felt so belittled and unwelcome anywhere in my entire life. I work hard for the money I (up until yesterday) spend at your fine establishment. If running off a lifetime customer was your intent, well played good sirs. I will be taking both my personal and business accounts and going to your nemesis. Home Depot life now.✌️

Have to give a shoutout to Stu House on the home installation team. Amazing employee and was very helpful, kind to our kids, and earned 5 stars for coming out to help us plan for getting a new patio door. Glad we chose to bring Stu out for a free consultation instead of having to pay for home depot just to come and take a look at the project. Would highly recommend them for your next home project if you need something to be fixed and don’t have the skills or time to do it yourself.

David in lawn and garden was very helpful with all of his help and knowledge with all the ego products. He answered all questions from when we called down to the store to find out if they had any snow blowers. Even had one that was returned that he sold us on. Even helped me buy a new lawn mower as well! David also helped load everything into my truck as well. Madison was also helpful at the service desk with getting our account pulled up and checked out as well! Great customer service tonight between these 2!

Consistently great customer service here. Had a balance on older Lowe's gift card; Mia and Angela spent considerable time attempting - without success - to get new system to accept old system's confirmed remaining balance.
Finally, when I spoke with manager Caleb, he listened carefully and creatively credited me an equivalent amount manually. (The alternative of my calling company customer service to get new gift card issue would have taken a great deal of my time.)
All these folks were pleasant, and genuinely sought to help. Similar positive experiences here in the past and the layout and feel/look/stocking of the store is a joy to shop at compared to the neighboring Home Depot.

Refuse to return or exchange a defective product. Mannie didn’t even try to help just pointed to his screen and said i was out of luck. Just told me it was corporate policy. Home Depot employees always find a way to help me and that is why i spend thousands at Home Depot as we are redoing our house. Thought i would give Lowes a try and this is my third time in and my second bad experience. So instead of taking back one thing they could resell and one thing that they sold defective now they lose the thousands i could spend here.

This is the most inconveniently located store. It’s such a task to get back there to Lowe’s and REI. It’s also the smallest Lowe’s I think I’ve ever seen. Staff is friendly and helpful.
