My two-year-old had been attending this daycare center for approximately six weeks, and unfortunately, I encountered several issues during that time. The center offers live streaming cameras for parents to observe, and on the occasions I have checked in, I witnessed concerning behavior from the teachers, such as tripping my son, blowing in his face while he was upset and sending him outside with no jacket even though he had one in his cubby.Additionally, there have been instances where the daycare did not inform me that my son had run out of diapers and used theirs for a day, yet charged me for a full week. These small incidents were initially overlooked by me. However, the latest incident left me greatly dissatisfied.Upon picking up my child, I discovered that the daycare staff had written the center's initials in sharpie all over the inside of his reversible $75 jacket. When I inquired about the vandalized jacket, their response was dismissive, questioning if the jacket even belonged to my son. I can confirm with absolute certainty that it is his jacket, as they can verify by reviewing the camera footage showing me bringing him in it daily. The situation with the jacket highlighted that the school has no lost and found policy in place and teachers claim items as the schools on their own accord.I was faced with resistance and evasion from the staff when I brought my concerns to their attention. When I asked for the district managers contact information I was told they didn’t know it, yet when I called a different location they provided it to me immediately.I removed my child from this location and was reimbursed for the jacket and diaper charges. The district manager was very helpful in resolving this issue. Overall I would not recommend this daycare center, there are several better options in the area and I would highly encourage families to look elsewhere.

If you want the experience of being lost in a corporate bureaucracy that doesn't know what is happening in their own organization this is the place for you. See how it's a 1-800 number so you can talk to someone who has no idea what is going on in Colorado.

Horrible experience just trying to get a visit set up. Spuds like everything is run centrally out of state. So they don't communicate with the local schools. Save yourself the hassle and find a school that's actually local.

Other than the random closures due to covid or furnace problems, we've had nothing but great experiences at this daycare. Our daughter loves this place and so do we.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We had our three year old and 4 month old there literally for three weeks. It was honestly the WORST experience from the beginning. On the first day my 4 month old was picked up by his hands and was not being taken care of like an infant should. I called the daycare and complained but was reassured that the provider had extensive experience. That should have been my red flag. We kept them there since a friend spouse worked there. HUGE MISTAKE. My three year old was then dropped off three weeks later with no injuries. When he was picked up at noon he wasn't using his arm. No one there informed me of anything. When we got to the car he said his arm was hurt at daycare. At home he told us a teacher picked him up hard and put him in a chair( the daycare was closed is we couldn't call). We gave him Tylenol but still wasn't using his arm. I made an appointment with his doctor who referred us to go to the e.r. They did xrays and confirmed he had a broken arm. I then contacted the daycare who wouldn't let us view the recordings. They voluntarily opened an investigation with the county which was just a way to cover them. They really have been horrible to work with even with the county. It took weeks for them to be able to even go to the daycare. They then decided to delete the videos. The detective that was assigned to the case has been stonewalled by the daycare and their lawyer. Obviously, my son was injured in the daycare by a provider and they covered their behinds. Now there's no proof since they deleted the recordings. And they still haven't returned my call about getting a refund. Please do not send your kids here. They are HORRIBLE!UPDATE:After speaking with the Regional Director who supposedly viewed the footage ( which was obviously not true). She refunded 4 days of care for both of my children. I am still waiting for it to show up on my side. Speaking to the detective, the police officer, and both social workers, all of us were given different information as to how long they are able to view the footage. This is still completely unacceptable in every aspect. I still will not recommend this daycare, obviously, they do not care about the kids or actually looking into an incident. I'm happy it was just a broken arm and not something worse.2nd update: refund was never issued and now I am going through my credit card company. This daycare is a complete disaster.

Don't send your kids here. Extremely unprofessional, high turnover, upper management is aware of the issues and recognizes their staff is unqualified, and yet this center continues to operate. The center where we are now is phenomenal and both of our children are thriving after a horrible experience with La Petite. Trust your gut, the red flags are there.

The location has been great for our daughter. It was better than the original daycare we went with. The staff is great and nice with the infants and toddlers. Also constant updates with the staffs and able to check on your child via webcam is a major bonus that sold me. A bit pricey but it is worth it in the end.

I have a child who is not potty trained yet during my time of inquiry. Our desired start date was 6 mos to one yr since she had a pending medical procedure during that time. And I was ghosted.I signed up for a virtual tour. No one showed up. I called the center. Brittany was having lunch. I waited. She went online finally. The meeting went great. I got all the info I need and all my questions were answered. It seems like they take care of the kids well, the center looks clean and the staffs are wonderful .Prior to the end of our call, she promised to send me an email with all the information she presented. I waited and no email. I wrote her two times (cc'ed the other staffs too) asking her politely to send me the email so my husband and I can go over it. No reply. And they have the audacity to send me an email saying that I didn't show up for the virtual tour. Hah! Oh this didn't happen to me but also to a friend. She was stood up for a virtual tour (she took a day off for this meeting) and was sent an email about missing it. I guess this is a common practice of the center to cover their inadequacy. Just unbelievable.Having read the most recent reviews, it seems like parents are happy with the center which is great. I am happy to know that the kids are well taken care of.The main issue is the professionalism of the management of this center. If no show up, no email reply and ghosting is not your thing then find a better place than this.My fear is that this unprofessionalism and unreliability of the leadership will stem through to the care of the children. And that is why I making this review.

Don’t bother. Horrendous experience trying to get a tour. The person who scheduled us said there is multiple openings for infants. We show up and it was very clear they had no interest in giving us a tour. Negative body language and a general sense of chaos. Was told they have a significant waitlist and no openings. When I informed them that this was different from what I was told, she shrugged her shoulders and made a phone call while we stood there. Once again, don’t bother unless your options are dire.

I enrolled my daughter here after a horrendous experience at an in home daycare; they knew ahead of time what problems had developed at the old daycare and were ready to take on the challenges.2 months later- my daughter is speaking more, less reliant on her binky, and... finally not afraid of the potty. They have made amazing strides with her and she LOVES to go to school every day.

La Petite Academy of Greenwood Village has been like family. My wife and I are from California so when we had our first daughter we knew we would need daycare. It can be a scary thing to bring your twelve month old to daycare. I remember being so sad in the parking lot after dropping her off. It didn't take long to realize how happy she was, even when she was so little. From that point on the teachers became like extra parents. They loved our daughter and helped us through parenthood. We are moving back to California and just had our last day. We had tears in our eyes because our child would no longer get to come to this special place. She grew so much during her year and a half at La Petite. She would always have new words and loved talking about her friends and teachers. I loved how much art they had the kids do, even at such a young age.Daycare is difficult, but it is easier with a loving community. I would highly recommend La Petite Academy of Greenwood Village to any parent.

We could not be happier with our daycare choice. We chose it because it was clean, the teachers were open, helpful and respectful, and it was in our target budget range. We loved that meals were a part of the deal, as it took an enormous weight off our shoulders. They feed my child nutritious food that she likes, keep her bottom clean, and have her engaged and happy. She has a huge smile when we arrive to the toddler room. We love their philosophy of open exploration and group activities.Their tracking app is great, sometimes we get pictures of her day which we love, and they’re easy to get in touch with via the messaging portion. Highly recommend.

Miss Mariah is amazing! I love how interactive and loving she is with my son. She also sends photos daily and updates during the day. I will be very sad when my son transitions out of her class! Because of her, my standards will be very high on the next teacher. I highly recommend Miss Mariah for your early preschool children.

Completely disappointed. I paid the deposit in May for a January start date and they said I was first on the list and we would be able to start in January. Called in November to confirm some details and they said there were 5 families ahead of us and could no longer confirm a January start date! Now we are in a pinch to find a new center. I can’t believe their complete disregard for our family.
