If I have to be my own checkout clerk the least you can do is make it so that the machines work properly and I don't have to take everything out and redo it.

Had a return of something that I bought at this location. I tried to return it to a closer store to my home first and the customer service guy was very rude and insisted I take it to the store I bought it at. So yesterday I was again the vicinity where I bought it and decided to stop in. So, Patty was at the CS desk and couldn’t have been more pleasant. She scanned the item and immediately put the amount back on my credit card. We visited for a couple of minutes before the next customer and I explained the way I was treated at the previous store. She said that she hears a lot of complaints about other stores but good comments about her store. I had to post this to especially thank Patty for her good customer service and her kindness. This store is lucky to have her!

I have only had wonderful experiences at this King Soopers. Very clean, well stocked, very kind and helpful associates. I went to grab a couple of items and one of my coupons didn't work correctly. I explained the situation to the person helping at the self checkout and he didn't hesitate to fix the situation and honor the coupon. He was very patient and friendly.

I litterally called to ask if they had Heavy Cream in stock and the lady at the service desk could not have anyone even check to see if that product was available. Next time you have a picket line I'm crossing it. If you can't provide basic customer service than I'd rather have robots. Why even have a "Service Desk" if you cannot provide basic customer service. I can't wait until Artificial Intelligence automates your jobs away.

I've been in this store 3 times since moving to the area. They have digital coupon sales, but it's horrible to try to clip the coupons. Then, when I tried to check out, the digital coupons didn't work, so I had to have "Joe" come over, and he asked, "Did you clip the coupons?" I showed him, and he said your card must not be connected to your app. Then, I went to get an ad to check the prices. When he finally started giving me my credit, he gave the wrong amount and walked away. By then, I just want to leave, and I won't be back. Safeway app has worked for me for years, so back to Safeway, I go.

I just wanted to comment about how amazing this King Soopers is. I've probably been to over 50 Kings in Colorado just growing up here and this is by far the best. Every single staff is so helpful, willing to go the extra mile and doesn't rush you. I have 5 that are closer to me, but because of the great hospitality and the wide variety of products I will definitely be coming here from now on. Desiree was my checker, Shawna & Samantha helped me search for hidden tacos & Jennifer with the Deli was super informative and kind. I also would like to highlight Jennifer acknowledged people who were waiting while she was busy and said she would be right with them which the King soopers off Red Cedar will just blantonly ignore you.
