The pharmacist and technicians were very helpful! Incredibly patient, and professional. They all went above and beyond to help me take care of insurance challenges I was experiencing. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

It would be very nice if that when my doctor calls in medications a week in advance so they’re ready to be dispensed on time if someone on staff could look and see “oh we need to order this… let’s do that now so it’s ready for our patient when they come to pick it up”. Instead of waiting a week for the patient to come pick it up to find out nobody has check to see if they even have the med in stock, finding out it’s not in stock and waiting days for the order to become available, now it’s been days of not having my vital meds and my med is overdue.

I find them very helpful and quick. I transferred everything from Walgreens because Walgreens is understaffed and overworking their employees making the customer suffer during every experience.

Service has been great when I'm there. Apparently, terrible when my kids are there. Kids who live here are treated terribly with it's relèvent location near the highest rated schools in the county-where parents spend a ton on homes and taxes just to live here. Not too smart to piss off these parents. Anyway, produce mainly sucks but that may be bc it's Colorado. Idk, I'm from Florida so living up to Publix is obviously a futile effort for Kroger. Having said that, the cheese section is pretty darn good. V happy about that. Live most of the employees. And super close to home. It'll do but it's not Publix. Sorry Kroger. Take some dang notes already.

Worst experience I’ve ever encounter in a pharmacy. Staff this correctly line is out the door after gotten a call saying my prescription was ready well it wasn’t Kyle said it will be 3 minutes well 35 min later still not ready no care for what’s so ever for patient time

So, I've been a long time customer of King Soopers, I rely on them to buy lunch while I'm out in the field, and I do find myself using their bathroom a lot. Very grateful that the bathrooms are there, but for some reason this particular King Soopers allows an employee to sit in there and watch his videos everyday during lunch. Three times in a row I try to use the bathroom there and I really had to go! This Guy's in there listening to videos I know it's the same guy because it's the same shoes. And now the urinal which drains pee is somehow out of order! I don't know what's going on at store, they have an employee that is very inconsiderate to its customers! I'll be damned if I go in that one again! Thanks a lot whoever you are! It's the most unprofessional thing you can do to a bunch of customers cuz I know it's not just me that can't use that bathroom! Jerks! And furthermore I tried to complain! The lady at the customer service desk was very stuck up and unhelpful! Guess I'm wearing the wrong kind of clothes in there I'm working and I'm a carpenter I also make $122,000 a year! And now my business and all of my employees and anyone else that I know are going to take a different route and go to another store jerks.

First I called in and get put on hold for 15 minutes. I then asked to have them start processing my prescription but said I had to come in store to do it. I then arrive for it to take an extra 30 minutes to fill an order for eye drops. They never shared with me that my insurance wasn’t covered until I had been there for 20 minutes. and the cherry on top was then when charging me for the order couldn’t take my HSA visa debit card. I highly do not recommend using this pharmacy.

This is my King Soopers and I have always enjoyed shopping there. However, I can also no longer shop here because of the unbelievable story of employees being fired for calling 911 in an emergency situation. These employees should be rehired!

I like this store, however, I am no longer shopping here. Why fire five good employees for stopping a shoplifter. Rehire those people!!!

I understand they are too busy to fill my meds quickly but I always call ahead to see when they will be available. I show up when they tell me to (never before), and they are never ready. They could at least tell me the truth. If you don't know when you can get around to it, just admit it. I waste so much time going to pick up meds that aren't ready when they say they will be.

If I could give a zero to Kroger I would. Like a ghost town with checkout clerks and no one to help bag leads to ridiculous self serve check out lanes with beyond slow wait times. So painful!!!

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They are late every single time for our dog seizures medication. We call 72 hours in advance because of how late they are. We were told they would be ready Sunday afternoon, they were not, we were told they would be ready tonight , they are not. If you care about your health In the slightest bit do not come here. 10/10 deserves to loose their pharmaceutical license.

The staff is consistently rude and there's high turnover with more unfriendly employees following the last. Susan is the exception! She's always very helpful, friendly and pleasant.

Every Friday the store allows all the young kids from the nearby school to drive all the electric carts for disabled to drive all over the store making it hazardous and not leaving carts for those truly disabled. They need to stop allowing this and teach what being disabled means. Today these delinquents were blocking the exit and clearly have no idea what they are causing for those of us using a cane or other assistance.
