These are amazing people to work with. They were kind every time I had to delay the installation (siding took longer than expected) and we had a death we were working around as well.The gutters are amazing and I'm so glad my husband doesn't have to climb up on the roof anymore. Our neighbor got the gutters years ago and loved them so we contact the company for an estimate. From the person that came out to the men that did the work, everyone was professional, kind, and hard working. I would recommend this company to everyone.

K-Guard is a company that will step up and resolve any issue without question or delay. From replacing a thrown away water sprinkler sensor that was attached to the gutter to removing hornets' nest from inside the gutter. Customer service is their number one priority!

The salesman--Rodney--was very thorough and professional without being pushy. The installers showed up on time and were friendly and also professional. I was unable to be home at the end of the day when the job was finished so could not do a walk through with the crew. However, Jackson, the owner, came over a few days later, did a walk through and personally took care of one minor detail that had not been completed. All in all an excellent outfit to do business with.

Rodney was an absolute class act. Not pushy. Very punctual. And extremely knowledgable. In contrast to other companies and estimates we got, K-Guard was amazing. The product is amazing, the warranty is serious, and the people/service are even better

A really good group of people work for this company. The owners and crew are very responsible and on time. They listened to our concerns and made adjustments as needed to correct the drainage issues needed on the gutters. The gutters look really good too!

Update: Jackson called and we discussed the ice dam issues. We are going to try the heating element which will hopefully resolve the issue. Thank you for responding so quickly Jackson! JenniferWe had K Guard gutters installed which were very expensive, and have been having ice dams building up. It's causing a dangerous slippery area near the front door. It consistently happens and several neighbours were concerned about our safety, especially as they don't have the ice dam issues with their regular gutters.According to the articles that K-Guard publishes... "How to Deal with and Prevent Ice Dams"--Installing a K-Guard Gutter System will help prevent ice dams from forming on your roof. Our gutter systems can withstand all winter weather conditions, including snow and ice storms and will help prevent ice buildup on roofs...."Ours is not doing that and we have had several people slip and fall, including ourselves. It happened last year as well, but I was busy caring for my terminally ill spouse and unable to spend time dealing with the gutter issues as well. I'm very disappointed that we spent so much money as seniors on a fixed income for gutters that don't work. Jennifer

While the service this company offers is excellent the product has a serious flaw if you live in a snowy climate. If there is significant snow it creates a dam on the gutter. This makes the snow sit on top of the gutter and as it melts it creates icicles that drip water over the gutter and all around the foundation of your house. I tried the gutter heater and it didn’t help at all. My front porch is solid ice for days after a snow from the gutters dripping. It defeats the whole purpose of a gutter. I’m looking at replacing my whole gutter system again. It’s too bad they don’t warn you before you buy.

I needed new gutters immediately. I did my research. I wanted the best and not have to deal with the leaves any more. Thanks to Jackson and his excellent team at K-Guard I am a happy man. You guys are the best !

I am very satisfied with the work they did with my gutters..from the planning to the very installation and working with the company working on my house. K-Guard was helpful and patient besides having an awesome product to sell..I would highly recommend their services, they do a good job.

Friendly and honest. A few days after they came and installed the gutters (on the day they promised, no delays) it rained and I noticed the gutters in the back of the house didn't seem to be working correctly. I took a couple of videos and emailed them to Terry, their office admin. The owner, Jackson, called me right away, came to inspect them a day or so later, and had a team come and correct the issue a day after that. I read horrible reviews about K-Guard's competitors with trying to correct issues post installation. K-Guard had outstanding reviews and I am happy to add to them. They really do stand behind their product. We are coming up on our first winter with our new gutters and I have been assured by Jackson and his team that I can call if I see or suspect any other issues. I plan to update my review after winter is over with how it went!

Jackson Bain with Kguard Gutter System is the real deal.He responded to our inquiry in a timely manner. He arrived at our home on time and immediately assessed concerns about an overflowing downspout with a simple and inexpensive solution.Without a doubt, he could have made a major project out of it, involving rescheduling and returning in a week. Instead he took the time to take care of our concerns on the spot. We recommend him and his company without reservation!

KGuard is great. The workers and staff were kind, courteous, and professional. The gutter they installed wasn't to fit, but they made it right without any additional charge. I highly recommend KGuard to anyone needing to replace their gutters.
