My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years and love the apartment complex however, one of our main issues is that our mail from our USPS postal box has been broken into over three times in the past two years. When it happened the first time I spoke to one of the leasing agents who assured me they were going to update an upgrade the lockboxes and security to ensure that this does not happen again. It has now happened two times since then and we have lost mail that comes to me from the VA as well as numerous packages and other forms of mail. In this most recent incident, we had mail coming for international trip that got stolen. The lack of follow through has led to likely personal information being stolen and they don’t seem to care nor address this residents keeping us updated on if/when they are going to upgrade the security around our mailboxes.

April, Karen, Kaleb, and Marisa are OUTSTANDING! from the first walk through the door I was greeted by April ‘s warm welcome and her level of sincere kindness and drive to help has never wavered Karen has also been amazing to work with! Kaleb and Marisa are always smiling and quick to provide maintenance services….it is very clear that this quad team is very passionate about the residents satisfaction and the property itself. The owner of this community should be happy to have them taking care of and representing this property. They have made my move in and my daughter’s a wonderful experience!

Love Marissa and Caleb who are the terrific maintenance team at Isabella. They are responsive, competent, and positive serving nearly 100 units. After years of mediocre to poor maintenance service, they are a star team. They make life better at Isabella. :)

We moved to Colorado in January and spent about a week settling into this new apartment. They have a private garage, which I really like. The people here are nice and professional, and April and Karen have been really helpful. Most of the residents are friendly. It is within the Cherry Creek School District, which is also one of the main reasons I would recommend this place to families with children.

We’ve lived here for about 3 months now and everything has been great. April made the move in process so easy and was extremely helpful throughout the process. April has been able to help us out with any request we need. The maintenance team has also been great, they are extremely nice, quick and responsive.

I worked with April to get moved into a unit from out of state last minute and she is super helpful. She’s the best! And everyone on the maintenance staff is kind and helpful as well. Definitely would recommend!

My boyfriend and I moved to Colorado a few months ago and we’ve had nothing but great experiences at Isabella. April made the process of moving from a different state so smooth and easy which is all we could ask for. She is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. Everybody on the maintenance team is super friendly and they do a great job every time we’ve needed something fixed up or replaced. This complex is very very dog friendly which we appreciate as well. We have family who’s moving out to Colorado soon and trying to convince them to get a spot at Isabella because we have had nothing but positive experiences!

5 Stars for the new MAINTENANCE team. Let me be clear, the maintenance team is who deserves the recognition here. Tim, the property manager, is still an ongoing issue and proves to be over his head and confused with his job responsibilities and expectations. Marissa however, has been phenomenal since arrival. A breath of fresh air for us residents who have experienced the consistent issues prior. She has communicated effectively, delivered on requests in a timely matter, and arrives with a smile and positive caring attitude. Caleb is also new and has been a pleasure to work with in addition. It is a great sign for the hopeful positive change in which the community has long sought.

We've lived in this community for close to two years now, and we love where we live! Our townhouse is beautiful and feels more like a home than it does an apartment. Across Yosemite there are beautiful trails for dog walking or running, or just seeing the goats and horses right here in the middle of DTC. These buildings were well built and it shows. We rarely hear any noise from our neighbors, which is excellent when you share walls. Up until a couple of months ago, maintenance was terrible, but I'm thrilled to say that this new maintenance team that the management hired is fantastic! They've been responsive, friendly, and have the skills to get the job done. We just had some issues that needed to be fixed with our furnace, and the technician, Natonga, could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. As with all of the new maintenance folks we've met in the last month, these people are top-notch. You'll see a lot of reviews that say maintenance is terrible, and that was true at one time. Our new management team has done an incredible job turning things around here and we hope to live here for a long time to come!

This apartment community staff is amazing. While the building may be old, they have responded quickly and efficiently to each one of my maintenance request. April has been both professional and friendly, and her communication is fantastic. I have no idea why they are not receiving more credit. I’m very happy and I plan to stay here for a while!
