$10 for parking in their parking lot, which seems ridiculous because this hotel isn't even downtown, the rooms are super weirdly laid out, the bathroom sink is in the bedroom and it's Loud I could hear traffic all night long. they don't have complimentary coffee downstairs or even any vending machines. The fridge in the room was super loud and there were barely any channels on the tv. I would not recommend.

Really enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was quiet and surrounding area felt safe. Rooms seemed well maintained and modern. Only complaint was the floor was dirty and not swept well. Breakfast was excellent and one of the best I’ve had for a traditional hotel ‘hot’ breakfast. Staff were friendly also.

NO CAMERA'S at the POOL.Very embarrrasing for a HYATT PROPERTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.Everything else was great. Stayed 3 nights.

Very odd design of room. Big screen tv was actually too large for spot on wall. Bathroom door was so wide and heavy, like vault door. Hardly anywhere to stand out of way to close it. Had to move behind toilet so I didn’t take out my foot. One morning they had staff issues getting the food out. Was over half hour late, so couldn’t wait before leaving for conference. No apology or compensation.

We just came to check in at 3:36pm to unload our things has a blizzard is in the forecast. Upon arrival we were told that our room was not ready as a large group of boys had taken up all of the double rooms and just left 15 minutes before. I’m sorry but how is that my issue when check in on the app says 3pm. I asked if there were any other available rooms which I was told only a king bed room which is not suitable for our party of 6. So now we have no where to go and will have to unload our things with 4 children and someone who is handicapped in a blizzard. As a Hyatt reward member, I’m extremely disappointed and will not stay here again.

Safety: Unfortunately there were guests that roamed around and knocked on our door at 3am making noise and being confused. There was a drunk guest in the lobby and the host screaming at him to get back when we arrived in the evening. Police came and it was just dramatic and set the tone. They need security in house since the quality of guest is less than desirable. We had never been there before, had no idea what kind of guests frequent here. Now we know.

So I stayed here two nights. They wouldn’t clean my room. The front desk said no you have to stay more then two nights. Contacted corporate. They said you need to request them to clean your room. They said that is not Hyatt’s policy. I told them I did request the front desk to clean my room. They refused. I filed a complaint with Hyatt corporate office. I’m a member of world of hyatt rewards program. This is the only Hyatt I have stayed at that won’t clean rooms for a two night stay. Stayed here March 1-3 2024.Also they charge $10 a night for parking. The hotel is in the suburbs not downtown. I have never been charged at a hyatt in the suburbs for parking.Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Tv in room was good. The cable was horrible. I streamed from phone to the tv via cast. The bed and shower and room were nice. Clean the rooms when customers request them.

We could not have picked a better place to stay. Chris and Alexa at the front desk were amazing, very accommodating, courteous, and made our stay warm and comfortable. I have lived in the Denver area for over 45 years, and the Hyatt place is in a great location, very clean, and the room was very large. It included a king bed, sofa sleeper. Desk with chair. Bar area with microwave, sink, small fridge, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. We will stay here again!Rooms: Very large and roomyFood & drinks: Free breakfast, and restaurant to order to your room and restaurant next door

Excellent 1st time experience at Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center. Our room, staff, and amenities far exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and welcoming. Staff was 100% accessible and engaged throughout our visit. I look forward to a repeat stay.

Nice location in the Tech Center area. 5 minutes walk to a strip mall with many restaurants.Nice room but the single layer windows are not very sound proof. Hot breakfadt was decent.

My stay at the hotel was good. Great location to everything in DTC and Denver overall. Service was phenomenal. The front desk helped me setup a surprise for my girlfriend!
