This is our neighborhood store, and it's been fine, normally depending on who I can find and how knowledgeable in area of my question they happen to be. Recently we had to replace our washing machine, and after researching online and calling a 'discount appliance stores', which ended up being more expensive than Home Depot's sale price, we just visited our neighborhood store. They were professional and knowledgeable. The washer was delivered 4 days later, and they removed the old and installed the new in 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience.

Worst staff anywhere. Bad attitudes and they purposely look the other way when they see you're in need of help. That's why I have taken all of my business to Lowes.

I was just at the store around 8 PM earlier and I tried to return a TV mount. The total purchase was around $170 and the TV mount was just over $100 of that. The first guy refused to give a return because he said the SKU did not match, which didn’t make sense, I knew it was a user error on his end. I then was polite and asked if he would call his manager to help out. Just the other week I got laid off and so I’m tight on cash and so I requested that I get the majority of the the return but cash and then $30 as store credit because I originally made the purchase with $100 gift card and the rest in cash. I don’t think this is an outlandish request, unless I’m totally crazy right??? I’m not trying to cheat anyone I just don’t have any reason to end up with only store credit at the end of the day, and I was only returning it due to my studs not being the standard distance. Terrible customer service little to no effort put in and in by both employees. I get that it was 45 minutes until they close, but they need to get over it and do their job. The can’t stand when employees just pass the buck in these situations. The “manager” that helped out was an older man with long white hair. the original associate that helped out was a taller gentleman with black hair that kind of a buzz cut. Thanks for going the extra mile guys, I really appreciated the help…..I suggest always going to the location off of Santa Fe south of downtown.

Found what I needed, but I still wish that the stores were all set up the same, I don't understand why they aren't. And I really didn't save any money on my purchase there.

I bought refrigerator from Home Depot. Never again I will buy appliances from the Home Depot. Their deliveries and installation subs are so bad: 3 attempts for delivery ( my three days at home, out of gas, truck broken, not standard shut valve for water, but they did not do installation (?!)). Refused to help install refrigerator…Remind me Sears attitude in past. All my appliances used to be Kenmore from Sears, but their deliveries were similar to Home Depot right now. It’s free, but cost you a lot of stress and missing hours at work. I would highly recommend to avoid to buy appliances ( with free delivery) from Home Depot.

Great place to rent tools and trucks. It has a lot of what you would expect from a box store for hardware, outdoor living, and appliances. They have a military and veteran discount, but be sure to sign up for it on advance.

Terrible customer service absolutely no interest in helping the home owner's out. I had to find my materials on my own to be told they cannot be purchased individually... then why are they on the shelf that way and the larger price is for individual pieces? While the smaller off to the side price is for the case? They made me feel like a jerk for wanting to purchase a specific amount of an item to fix damage at my house. I don't need an entire case. Kevin the manager refuse to help and solve a problem I needed help with. Home Depot used to be all about going above and beyond to help the customer. I guess this stores has a different FIRST goal and the Solve part has been removed.

We went in for the children's workshop and was very worth it! The staff was kind and very helpful. The workshop was fun and kept my kids engaged AND we found some great deals. Honestly was not expecting this big of a win on a Saturday morning.Also big thanks to the staff that went out of their way to get a picture of me and my kids during the workshop.
