I was lucky to get a great loan originator on the first try! I worked with Ross Barrett and he was excellent in every way. Easy to connect with no matter the time of day, prompt, and thorough. I know he had many other clients but even after multiple emails I never felt like "just another client". As a first time home buyer I had a few moments of worry but Ross never hesitated to pick up the phone and make sure I was feeling comfortable enough to continue. We had to close fairly quick but I never felt pressured or ignored. I'll definitely seek Ross when I purchase my second home!

We were in the process of trying to get approved. We were working with Trevor and he wouldn't get back to us for weeks at a time so we didn't know what we needed and where we stood on getting approved for a loan .I'm highly disappointed and frustrated. 3 times it has been proven he is unreliable. We had to sign another lease and got set back on getting a house because of this
