Such a scam. Went in for an oil change on my brand new car. They did not replace the oil gasket. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks because of it. Now they are refusing to even refund me the oil change. This has been going on for 2 months. Unless you want to end up in court I would suggest never doing business with this company.

STORE **** ****** the manager was rude unprofessional disrespectful a simple question on pricing and I was told to shut up and not to return if I wasnt happy. He is unfit to work at Grease Monkey let alone be a manager.

We had a bad experience at our local Grease Monkey, we contacted the headquarters and got a call back very quickly to solve our problems. The district manager helped us and he was very nice and professional. We will continue to support our local Grease Monkey.

Took my truck in for a oil change now its leaking oil took it back they told my it was fixed ,nope its still Leaking, called the corporate office no answer ,scam artists

your location in Millcreek Washington is nothing but a rip off. They take advantage of the High School kids around here. I've reported them to BBB. This is a nice neighborhood we don't needs crooks like these around here... I will keep up the fight against the store manager and GM.

I went into the Boulder Colorado Broadway location March 11 to get an oil change. The man at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional I walked out I tried to get grease monkey another chance after an incident a few years ago. But this will never happen again.

Grease Monkey centennial-colorado-80122-center-44 I just got back from here because I had a Headlight out on the drivers side of my truck. I'm a veteran and was very impressed with the special care that went into them putting a new lightbulb in for me. Other places would have cost me a arm and a leg. These guys did it for free. I can't tell you how that made me feel when I left. I recommend these guys for all of my veteran friends and anyone that owns a vehicle.
