We called GBS and spoke with Scott. We just had our roof replaced with a different roofing company, and weren't very happy with that Company. We were then hit with a huge hail storm and after hearing great things about Scott and GBS roofing we called for a roof inspection. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable, and thank goodness our roof was okay. Any future repairs we will call GBS. Thank you Scott!

This company will not pull the right permits to block off public access to alley ways causing issues with residents. Due to this issues they will not allow the public to get to their homes and lie saying it’s a private drive when in fact it is public.

GBS was great to work with. They saved us thousands of dollars by spotting a manufacturing defect in the shingles that were previously on the house. They helped us with a warranty claim to the manufacturer, which was granted. We would never have known without their support and expertise. Scott and Amanda were excellent. Quality of the job was also excellent with no issues.

I've worked with GBS Roofing twice now & both times have been excellent! In 2023, I sold my house & had to replace the roof. GBS responded really quickly & replaced the roof in a very tight timeframe so my closing date was unaffected.And then at my new house, my insurance provider asked me to make some repairs in order to continue coverage, but when GBS inspected it there was nothing to repair! They provided me with photos & a formal written statement. My insurance accepted their opinion & rescinded their request for repairs.In both instances, the support, speed & professionalism from GBS was outstanding. I highly recommend them!

I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to share my experience with GBS Roofing. From start to finish, everyone – Scott, David, Amanda, and the roofing crew – was fantastic! Excellent customer service, great communication, speedy work, and they left everything spotless. Dealing with insurance and getting a new roof was stress-free, thanks to Scott and Amanda. They explained everything, patiently answered all my questions, and Amanda's kindness stood out. The majority of my communication was with Amanda and she was absolutely amazing! A neighbor recommended them to me, and I'll definitely be recommending GBS Roofing to others!

We are very pleased with the service we received from GBS. Guy, the owner, came out 3 times to make sure everything was ready and evaluated correctly. They came at the exact date and time they promised. At the time of the new roof install they discovered that the 3 skylight covers had cracks in them. Instead of leaving me with the problem they got estimates and got them replaced for us. Wow! That's above and beyond service! I own 7 homes and I wish every contractor I use was as conscientious as these guys. An extra, Amanda, the office manger is very pleasant to deal with.

I just had my roof done by GBS Roofing. I have to say that it was a great experience. Very professional. The crew cleaned up after the first day and went the extra mile to make sure our satellite dish was put back up so we had TV for the evening. Even my super skeptical husband was impressed. GBS Roofing replaced my roof in 2012. I haven't had any issues with it until we got hit with the snowmageddon storm last week. I called GBS about my concerns and within a day, their area supervisor was walking and inspecting the roof. All is good with the roof.It is reassuring to have the installing contractor service a roof that they installed almost a decade ago.I know it can be daunting to hire a roofing contractor, so I wanted to put of a quick note about my recent experience. Eight years later, I am glad I chose GBS to install my new roof.Services: Roof installation

Scott did a great job for us! We are under contract for a new home and the inspector thought that we should have a roofer come look and offer their professional opinion. Scott was out there in two days and provided a thorough inspection of the roof and told us that the roof was in great shape! No effort to sell us anything that wasn't needed and offered nothing but to help us.I've used them in the past for a roof and I will certainly use them again!
