The first stylist gave me an incredibly uneven cut. I came in for a mid fade on the side and keeping it pretty long on top after having grown my hair out for two years. The haircut abruptly ended, meaning the stylist did not let me check the back with a mirror, shave the back of my neck etc. I didn't think much about it in the moment as I was about to leave for camping after my cut. I went camping and everyone in my group (15+ people) all asked me if I cut it at home. When I said no, I paid $60 for this cut, they all recommended I get my money back because it wasn't even and the amount of long hairs that the stylist missed. I went in on Monday to attempt to get it fixed, however the new stylist only blended the fade and did not match the hair lines. I now have uneven hair lines and scraggly (1in+ long) hairs sticking out of the top of my head. Now I get to go spend another $60 for someone to fix y'alls mistake or look like an idiot while this grows back out.

I never leave angry reviews but I am FUMING. Why do so many stylists seem completely allergic to doing what is in the reference photo you show them? It boggles my mind and is so beyond infuriating. If you don’t know how to cut a style from a photo then maybe this isn’t the job for you. My fiance went in showing this ref pic and this is what he got (go on Yelp to see because it isn’t allowing me to post the photos here). She just kept taking off volume and inches from the back of his head not even thinking along the way that she’s giving him a completely different cut. He had long hair before this so she had plenty to work with. Completely removed all volume and now he just has a few chunks of longer hair in the bottom and the rest was cut short. Stay AWAY from the red headed woman if you want a specific cut because she’ll just give you whatever she feels like giving you.

Floyd's 99 makes it very easy with their app to make appointments at the location you want, with the stylist you like at a time you want.
The stylists are all experienced, so you will get an excellent cut after a conversation to describe what you want. The hot lather shave on my neck is relaxing and the neck and should massage sends me on my way feeling great.

Not great. Hairstylist showed up after us and seemed a little put off upon arrival. Didn't do the massage shampoo or even shampoo my son's hair after it was requested. Then proceeded to cut the top of his hair super short after showing her a picture of what he wanted and verbally saying we want the top to stay long. Left with a very disappointed teenager. Giving two stars, because at least the fade on the side was neat.

I went here a few times over the last 2 years. The haircuts are overpriced and kinda mid. You can’t make an appointment without making an account with them. The stylists would consistently miss little chunks of hair here or there. This place works in a pinch but just go to the great clips down the road for a cheaper haircut that is the same quality.

My barber recently retired and I was searching Denver for someone to meet my needs. I specifically liked Helen B about the DTC location. It's hard to find a real old school licensed barber these days and finding Helen was exactly what I was looking for. Professional, efficient, and skilled.
