Very helpful and attentive staff. I’ve been going to this location for years and Steve is always quick to help. I’ve been in a rush a few different times and he was able to make sure my package went out before the last pickup time.

This is a winner of a store. Very impressed with the customer service I received from Steve today. He helped with a shipping label problem I had that saved me a trip back home. Made me a loyal customer immediately. Also nice that there is parking right out front when you have big heavy packages to bring in. Thank you, Steve!

Had some shoes to return to DSW and the shoes got lost between here and Westminster. Didn't even make it out of the state. :( I really wanted to get the replacement shoes but now they're sold out of that style.

Waited on my entire only day off of the week for a delivery that requires a signature. Delivery was then delayed right after this store closed so I couldn't even call and asked what happened. Thanks for wasting my precious time FedEx, I'll make sure to avoid all of your services in the future! Absolutely worthless.

FedEx just keeps delaying packages with 0 explanation as to why. Cannot stress how annoying it is seeing “out for delivery” and then seeing it be delayed by the end of the day for multiple days. Nobody seems to have any answers. FedEx is honestly the worst courier around.

I had stopped into this location to print documents and I was in a time crunch. These folks worked so hard to help me get everything I needed done. I have also now used them for shipping two items and they are so friendly. Definitely give Doug and these guys your business. You won't be disappointed.

I don't where else I could leave this type of feedback and hope something happens.I had two packages addressed to two different people each with their own individual addresses left at my door step this morning. Their addresses were 8300 Yale and 8400 Yale. My address is 2800 S Syracuse. I am bewildered by the severe incompetence. Also, I am bewildered by the severe lack of care or empathy when I spoke on the phone with customer service. I delivered the packages myself because they told me another driver would come pick them up sometime today, which I'm not waiting around for. And secondly, then the original customers would still not have their packages until they were sent back through processing, which makes absolutely no sense.I also called about my order, which FedEx communicated to me would be delivered yesterday, and after not receiving it yesterday, the tracking status said it would be delivered today. The customer service rep informed me it would be here tomorrow arriving at the agreed upon delivery date. Why was I told then I'd get my package yesterday or today? Once again, I am bewildered by FedEx's incompetence.After witnessing the horrendous delivery ability of FedEx this morning, I am very concerned about my package not getting delivered to me. I tried to go pick it up but was informed the seller did not allow for pick up at a FedEx center. I'll make sure on every future order that this option is available if FedEx is delivering.To whomever is reading this, please take my story into consideration before choosing FedEx. Thank you.

Super helpful. I’m in there at least 1-2 times a week. Great store, the only fedex I’ll go to if it’s an option.

This will always be my go-to FedEx! Everyone here is so friendly and courteous, I highly suggest going to this location. Josh assisted me and was super helpful. He definitely helped alleviate some of the stress for a time sensitive matter. Two thumbs way up!!

Every time I come here everyone is nice and helpful. Can't print a return label? No problem. Just email it to them and they'll take care of and won't charge you for printing.

Great experience! My order was completed early and the store manager was super helpful in getting me my order and allowing me to use the paper cutter. He took extra care to sanitize it and dry it before I used it so that it was clean and wouldn't damage my papers.
