Justin was very fast and easy to work with. Got my motorcycle in for a recall repair promptly. I was able to wait for the repair and did not have to leave the motorcycle for any extended amount of time. A++

Called a couple months ago about the availability of 2025 Ninjas. I spoke to Dan, who kept me in the loop and reached back out to me the moment the first Ninjas were available. Dan got me in the shop to sit on a few bikes, and I signed on the Ninja a couple days later. Dan also helped me with guidance on gear and performed the delivery of the bike to my place. Can’t recommend this place enough, it was an awesome experience buying my first motorcycle!

I recently got my used motorcycle serviced at Fay Myers and had a good experience. I met with Justin Burn, who was very helpful in scheduling my service and providing an estimate. He took the time to explain what the motorcycle needed and communicated the estimated quote and the overall process. Excellent customer service, and I would recommend them.

I was looking for a Polaris Sportsman 570 EPS with a winch, plow, with hand and thumb warmers. I started out trying to purchase one through Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza. But after dealing with a dealership that appeared not to take me seriously as buyer, and then Colorado was well into the three (3) back-to-back November 2024 snowstorms by this time, I asked a friend where he bought his. I reached out to Fay Myers in Greenwood Village. I had an immediate response from Austin, we then talked over the phone, he provided me pictures, understood exactly what I was looking for, he took a deposit over the phone to ensure I would get the one I selected and I was able to show up the next day, take care of all the paperwork, pay for it and had it delivered the following week. Everyone I dealt with from Austin, through the paperwork, after purchase adding on a battery charger, through the deliver to my home were TOTALLY AWESOME! If I buy another motorcycle, I definitely will come back to Fay Myers! You guys Rock!!!! (I've already had a couple neighbors ask me about my Polaris saying they need one too!)

Dan was great at Fay Myers helping us buy our Honda Foreman Rubicon ATV. With no pressure sales from knowledgeable people who love power sports and it showed.
We were able to easily add accessories with a nice discount. We got a great deal and would highly recommend them. We would buy from them again, it was a great experience.

Needing the 600-mile service performed on the bike I'd bought from Fay Myers three weeks before, I called around for estimates. G-Force quoted me $320 plus materials. At Fay Myers, Ryan quoted me $239 plus materials, with a total around $315. So I booked an appointment at Fay Myers.
When I arrived, Justin informed me the job would cost $892.35 and take five hours. When I balked, he said he could do it for $399.45. I OKed the work. I had my wife drive across town to pick me up, and before we could get onto I-25, I got a text saying the work was complete -- less than two hours since I approved the work.
Clearly, if the work could be completed in under two hours, the $892.35 estimate was nothing more than a blatant attempt to rip me off. I should have insisted that Justin honor Ryan's $315 estimate, but I wanted to get the work done; the weather will soon be turning less pleasant for riding. (The final invoice was for $383.36.)
I can assure you that FM's service department won't see another dollar of mine, ever. It's a shame they had to ruin what could have been a mutually-beneficial business relationship.
Two stars because the sales experience was good.
Edit, 11/6/2024... I spoke with Billy, the service department manager. Apparently, the $892 should have been quoted for the 600-mile service for my model. A throttle body inspection and, if necessary, synchronization, is specified for my model, and this is what bumps the price into the stratosphere. So the unpleasant experience was due to Ryan's error, and not attributable to a blatant attempt to rip me off. (Still unpleasant.)
