Worst place worst place in the world to stay I have a service dog he is to notify me when I need to take my medicine he notified me that I needed to take my medicine I realized I locked my key in my room I went and asked for a key they told me to quit banging on the door and that I needed to pack my stuff the cops were coming I said how can I pack my stuff if I can't get in my room she magically came up with a key wwwoooooooowwww

Chad has amazing customer service skills, she also took care of every issue that arose when we came to stay. Chad also is very utilizational for resources if ever needed, being homeless with kids and a disabled mother plus fleeing from domestic violence is very nerve racking and beyond stressful, Chad help make my family and I feel safe and also was able to give a sigh of relief for a min. Or two.

Employees seem nice but that manager is something else, major attitude. Would not recommend to anyone, laundry room is filthy, no breakfast like ad claimed. People are super unfriendly. Cleaning crew are jerks . Do Not come here. It snowed alot and they didn't plow or shovel stairs for guests staying here. You can hear any noise in other roomsRooms: Rooms are broken down and walkways are filthyWalkability: Nothing around,Noteworthy details: Spend a little extra if you can for somewhere else, you get what you pay for.

Got to give it 5 stars…. Have been here over a month. It is an older property, however we have the deluxe king & for the size of the room; the price is right! Very friendly staff and location is awesome!

Crackheads, police every day, they come in your room when you're not there, they came into my room when I was naked with my girl.. it's the worst hotel I've been too. If you have a choice to stay here and your car stay in your car.. all staff should be fired. The good reviews are only on here because they give people discounts the give them 5 stars.. sould be closed down. Won't ever stay at extended stay america ageinNoteworthy details: Rooms are trash and should be condemned

This place looks pretty nice when you drive by. They did a bang-up job on the “judge a book by its cover,” but as the saying goes never judge a book by its cover. When I got to my room it WREAKED of cigarettes. So I went and requested a new one. Two rooms later and I gave up, they all smell like a cigarette factory. I did laundry in their locked laundry room which isn’t cheap btw and when I came back when my timer went off to get them from the dryer they were all gone. Someone stole all my clothes. I went to the office and they said they’d check the camera… nothing. A lot of the people staying here obviously live here and sell drugs from here. Tons of sketchy cars pulling up and quickly leaving. My neighbor kept their door open and their bodies were covered in scabs. This is not a place you wanna be sleeping. The only think I did like is the bed was clean. They didn’t clean the shower, it was gross and they didn’t clean the kitchenette area, it was equally as gross. Idk how this place looks so decent from the outside and sucks so bad once your here. I recommend you go anywhere else.
