After going thru (2) Lender Builders and being denied we were exhausted.... then Danny and Steffanie came to the rescue. It took some time and effort but they worked tirelessly to get it done. And Steffanie - what a gem.... this woman knows her stuff! And communication skills - she's got them too, as I'm not the easiest to deal with.... she took me under her wing.... snapped me in line and got it done... I have to laugh, because she knew exactly how to handle me. Thank you all for a job well done. We will be back for the refinance when the rates come down :)

If you are a new home buyer there is nothing to worry about with this team cause they are there for you through the whole process. Blase from DHA Financial provide my wife and I with an awesome interest rate and APR. This is our second time working with Blase. His service is first rate. The first time, Blase helped us troubleshoot through some finically issues, which would had prevent us from purchasing our first home.
Fast forward 4 years later, Blase came through for us once again. He helped us troubleshoot throughv7 some bumps during our refinancing.
Blase has years of experience in his field. I would definitely use his services again.
