Everything was wonderful! Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation. It was all smooth and took about 1/2 day. They got me a Lyft ride home. Everyone was very kind and helpful! Definitely would recommend!!

My family has been using Davis Repair for years and years. They are the best in terms of their abilities but, more importantly, their integrity. Thanks, Davis Repair!

Thank you Davis Auto Repair. They are a small family owned shop, but their friendliness and quality of work far exceeds those of a larger repair shop (re: dealership). I definitely recommend them for all your auto service needs! Thanks again, I appreciate all you did!

We got a new/old vehicle and we had an oil change and a full assessment of what shape the vehicle was in and had the gas gauge fixed. We were very happy with the work done as always!

A few pros and cons for this shop. I received a referral to have a transmission flush done here because I have AN fittings due to the upgraded transmission cooler. I’m a GMT 800 enthusiast and have a modified truck, so I’m very particular who touches it. This wasn’t a homerun shop. I’ve owned other GMT800s and never had washer fluid leak until this one. Before driving anywhere, I always check the ground for any leaks.
Let’s start with the Pros:
Clean shop
Good candy
Has Lyft services for drop off
The cons:
Over the phone I was told the flush would be $240, when I got there and signed the paperwork it was $318. It would be nice if the lady gave me the real price and not the starting price. Even when I told her the type of vehicle I had, she still said $240. I budget it out for $240 and every dollar matters to me. I’m not made of money. Later they gave me a discount, but still just give the actual price over the phone before customers arrive. A $78 difference is a lot of money. This was strike 1.
(Strike 2)
I picked up my truck yesterday 8/19/24 and asked if everything was OK, I was told everything was good. I asked if there were any leaks and was told no. I drove straight home due to work after I picked it up. Around the afternoon leaving for an appointment, I notice blue fluid leaking on the driver side. I took a video of it, sent it to them, and attached it. I did not ask them to top off the washer fluid as I just had an oil change at John Elway Chevy on Wednesday 8/14/24. I have a receipt and the service tech there did not say there were any leaks. If you need the receipt I can send the picture.
(Strike 3)
The service tech, Will said the washer fluid was low on the dash. That is incorrect because the dealership topped it off on Wednesday and there wasn’t a notification when I dropped it off that morning. There was not a notification saying the washer fluid was low nor was it leaking when I dropped it off. All I asked for was a transmission flush. Nothing more and nothing less. The truck was on the hoist and we both got a better look of the leak. He said it was cracked/old/rusted and that’s why it was leaking. Seems like an excuse to not be accountable. If that’s the case then it would’ve leaked last Wednesday. Or any other time. I’ve owned this truck since November 23’ and it’s never leaked. The energy seemed very off with these folks and I don’t trust them. Something seems very suspicious about this. I didn’t feel like going back and forth with Will so I left. They also seemed surprised a woman owning a modified truck. Oh well it comes it. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend this shop. I’ll stick with the dealership and specialty 4x4 shops for major work.

I recommend Davis repair to anyone who needs an auto mechanic. They are honest and thorough and are constantly working with our non-profit to service our fleet to the best of their ability. I am a personal convert as well, I’ll be taking my own vehicle to Davis when it needs work done. I have never once felt that they were trying to convince me to have unnecessary work done to one of our vehicles.

They were easy to communicate with, held to the appointment time we set, and got me in and out in less than one day. Fairly priced too and will be returning.
