Service has been great when I'm there. Apparently, terrible when my kids are there. Kids who live here are treated terribly with it's relèvent location near the highest rated schools in the county-where parents spend a ton on homes and taxes just to live here. Not too smart to piss off these parents. Anyway, produce mainly sucks but that may be bc it's Colorado. Idk, I'm from Florida so living up to Publix is obviously a futile effort for Kroger. Having said that, the cheese section is pretty darn good. V happy about that. Live most of the employees. And super close to home. It'll do but it's not Publix. Sorry Kroger. Take some dang notes already.

This is my King Soopers and I have always enjoyed shopping there. However, I can also no longer shop here because of the unbelievable story of employees being fired for calling 911 in an emergency situation. These employees should be rehired!

I like this store, however, I am no longer shopping here. Why fire five good employees for stopping a shoplifter. Rehire those people!!!

If I could give a zero to Kroger I would.Like a ghost town with checkout clerks and no one to help bag leads to ridiculous self serve check out lanes with beyond slow wait times. So painful!!!

Every Friday the store allows all the young kids from the nearby school to drive all the electric carts for disabled to drive all over the store making it hazardous and not leaving carts for those truly disabled. They need to stop allowing this and teach what being disabled means. Today these delinquents were blocking the exit and clearly have no idea what they are causing for those of us using a cane or other assistance.

Never have I left a review on Yelp so when I do just know it's not going to be a very good one. I'm leaving a review now for how terrible I was treated at the pharmacy at Holly and Orchard. The young lady helping me by the name of Crestlie was just beyond rude. I've been going to this pharmacy for years and have never seen her and my first encounter with her is enough to say never again will I be going back. She does not need to work for customer service especially in a professional setting, because she was far from professional. She was on her phone in the back end area while everyone else seemed to be running around with how busy the service line was. When she was asked to help me she seemed to throw a tantrum because she probably couldn't be on her personal cell. I will be transferring my wife's and I medications to another pharmacy that treats there customers with kindness! Do better King Soopers!!!

I went to this King Soopers to get some over the counter allergy medicine. I went to the Pharmacy and asked an employee that was sitting down and just playing with her phone next to The Little Clinic where the item that I was searching was located. She very briefly looked up at me and plainly said I dont know and went back to her phone. I then turned to the Pharmacy clerk who very politely and thoroughly explained to me exactly what aisle and shelf the item was on. She single handedly saved me from having a negative experience. I will be sure to search her out if ever I am in need of anything from that section of the store again.

I was in a couple weeks ago on my way home (not my regular king soopers) in the evening. The self check out woman Janelle was very rude when the machine had an issue. When I was paying I had to look up my PIN for my new card and as I was doing so she approached me and asked if I was going hurry and finish the transaction because people were waiting. I had like 6 items and it took 30 seconds to look up the pin. I was back in tonight and she was again working. An older woman came up to self checkout and was having issues with her produce and asked for help. Janelle (visibly annoyed) came to help her and rudely accosted this woman for needing help and literally made this old woman count all the registers that Janelle was responsible for and told her "I can't just stand over here the whole time to check you out, you're gonna have to figure it out." King soopers, if you're only going to have one check line open with a line and force everyone to use self checkout, the least you can do is not treat your customers poorly when they have issues with the machines. Do better.

Besides the Kings off Arapahoe and Holly, which is the worst Kings I have been to, the one at 6000 holly is the 2nd worst. Small Deli, limited inventory, totally unimpressive.

Susan in the Pharmacy walks on water. She is a pro in every sense of the word. Love this KS!

Stood there and waited and waited and waited for help when the self checkout said help is on the way. I was not about to go interrupt the two cashiers conversation so I just left. Pathetic "customer service."

We all know King Soopers is going to have the food we want and if it doesn't we understand because of Covid19. What we shouldn't understand is why the only people who get their receipt checked on the way out are people of color. After experiencing this type of behavior happen to my partner tonight I would seriously reconsider going to a store that hires racist employees.

This is my favorite King Soopers in the area, and possibly my favorite one I've been to. And I've lived in Colorado for 22 years, so I've been to many! It has a vibe that I love. It feels quaint and cozy. I don't mean that it's small, because it isn't. I'm describing the energy. The bigger, newer stores may seem more luxurious, but also feel more stark and sterile. The layout of this store flows really well for me. It's always super clean, organized, and well-stocked. It has everything I need, and never feels too crowded. I've had great customer service experiences here. One example is when I needed some ice late at night. They were out of bags of ice, so one of the employees had the idea to fill up a bag of ice for me from Starbucks. He double bagged it and tied it tightly to make sure it wouldn't leak. He was more than happy to do it and I so appreciated it! I appreciate all of the employees I've had the pleasure of interacting with. Everyone is so clearly caring and doing their best. I truly enjoy shopping here! :)

My husband and I love this location! It's across the street from our neighborhood and the staff is always pleasant and happy to help out. Every Sunday we spend our mornings preparing for the week ahead and the stores clean and things are easy to find and if we have a special request, they are the best at making it happen. Robert is one of our favorite front clerks to see on Sunday. He's always smiling and greeting people as they come in and makes small talk with those checking out at the self checkout. Makes the experience and frustrations of the self checkout easy and fun. Always very patient and helpful.

One of the best king soopers I have been to. Clean and great selection compared to other king soopers. Staff is friendly as well
