My dog and I had a nice experience. The clerk was friendly and tried to find what I was looking for, but it was not an item they carry. Another time, they ordered an item from their website and had it delivered to the store, saving me time and the cost of shipping.

Staff is always very helpful, selection is great. We also use the self bathing stations, package price is good.
