Going to the bank doesn't have to be a time-consuming, stressful nightmare! This Chase branch is nice, small, and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They've helped me with everything from depositing cash when I didn't have my debit card with me, to making sure my legal name change was reflected in my checking and savings accounts. They'll greet you with a warm smile as soon as you walk through the door, and they'll resolve your issues quickly, professionally, and efficiently.

Had an appointment today to do some stuff with my account and open a credit card with Kenneth. I've had issues getting a card for unexplained reasons and he helped get approved this time.

They do not know how to update their open times online. Had to walk up and read the paper that said closed after driving there from work because it said open until 6pm online.

Every time we go to this branch we have problems. Just trying to withdraw cash and couldn't, went to another branch no problem withdrawing cash they couldn't understand why the first branch would not help.

Tried to deposit checks here and got the "big bank treatment." Was told "no one in Chase can help you with that" by a branch manager(old gal, lazy). Immediately went outside and called a different department who helped do exactly what this cow said "isn't possible." Don't bother at this location. They are unwilling to help you if it means working.

Here are the issues with Chase bank and this branch, but mostly the bank as a whole: (1) A former Chase customer came in asking for a notary. They refused because he was no longer a Chase customer. Seems they should do it free for customers and $5 for non-customers, but they do not. (2) I deposited cash. The receipt understandably shows only the last 4 digits of account number, but not my name. In order for the customer to be sure the cash went to the correct account, the name on the account should be on the receipt. (3) They require a $1500 balance in order to avoid a hefty $12/month fee. Or they require you to have your pay direct deposited to them. But why would you do that when they pay such low interest, and there are so many online banks that pay up to 2%. Not sure why people bank with Chase. I do only because I do business in two states, and use them for tenants to make deposit easily. If they would pay competitive interest and not have requirements for avoiding fees, I'd feel like a valued customer and do all my business with them. Instead will keep my money in an FDIC insured online provider that pays a 16 times higher interest rate.

This Chase is typically very friendly, quick, and straightforward. I have been a customer at this chase for over 6 years. The staff are generally polite, fun, and helpful. Banker Brian Gause made it especially easy to set up my College Checking account. Every teller I have come across treats me with respect. They even wave some "unnecessary" fees for me. Overall, they're great! No complaints.

I had some issues with chase bank ATM shutting off on my unexpected after I tried to deposit my checks, while some electricians were pulling some wires after hours. I called customer care 4 times and no rep could expedite the 10 business day claim process yet alone provide me credits for the a malfunction on an chase ATM! My two checks just sat inside the ATM and never translated it to my checking account! Not to mention, every customer care rep gave me false hopes of getting any real help from a banker in person. Needless to say, I still went in and ultimately was given the help I needed. Everyone was very helpful at this location. They understood my frustration and solved it within a small amount of time. I walked out with credits from the bank to help me get through my week of expenses while my claim is processing. They turned a bad customer experience into a much better one, thanks for all the time and help!

Was going to have some documents notarized, but was told by one of the teller that the wait is about 45-60 minutes, I left and went to another branch few miles away. I was going to make this branch my new home branch, guess that's out. The teller wasn't very friendly either.

Walked in on Saturday morning needing a money order. While I think the $5 fee when you're a Chase client is ridiculous, the fee is in line with what everyone else charges, and I guess they have to make money somehow. The service at the teller window was friendly and fast. I did find it strange to see nothing but empty desks and office otherwise.

Bad experience. Chased refused to honor my power of attorney and legal documents and made my elderly, blind and infirm mother come into the bank to open an account. This was punitive and completely unnecessary. A second incident occurred when I transferred a large sum of money and they shut down my account without contacting me. Customer service couldn't help me and it took hours for me to get to the bank to straighten out the situation.

I opened an account a checking account in the bank. I then found that they gave my private telephone number to an outside company unrelated to Chase to call me and try to sell me services I called the manager who essentially said this is what we do it Chase. Any bank that gives out one's private information to an outside for-profit company should not be in existence. I checked with Chase in New York and I checked with Chase in the Florida where I also use them both told me that this is nonsense and against company policy.
