We had Jeff and his team come out after our house got roughed up by hail last summer. Jeff was extremely helpful, was great communicating with us regarding time frames and the management. In the end we went with a new roof, fence was refinished and we had our home painted. Thank you Jeff and the team at Capital Roofing and Restoration!

I was already working with a roofing company but needed a second opinion. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional and helped me clear lots of question. If I had not already been working with the other company, I would've have definitely gone with Capital Roofing. Capital roofing will be on top of my list for my next roofing job.

I had hail damage and needed a new roof. I anticipated frustration and disappointment dealing with a roofing company and insurance. I was pleasantly surprised because of Captial Roofing and Project Manager John Schroder. John walked me through every detail of the new roof process and dealing with the insurance company. He was professional, friendly and certainly knowledgeable. John kept me informed of every step, was always available for my calls and texts and answered every question I had (and I had many). I must say, John was a delight and extremely easy with whom to work. I am completely happy with my new roof. This was such a positive experience! I highly, highly recommend Capital Roofing and John Schroder. Thank you John!

We had a bathroom vent that was venting into the attic and causing a lot of condensation along the north side of the roof from the inside. The guys at Capital Roofing were able to swing by, identify the roof itself was sound, and then help us troubleshoot what was going on. They eventually offered to install a vent in the roof and helped us connect the bathroom fan to the vent. Way above and beyond what I expected. Special thanks to Daniel Coleman for helping me through it. Would highly recommend these guys.

Daniel Coleman is a production manager for this company and regular shopper at krystaleaves recreational dispensary and says he gives out some of the products he buys to his employees; he constantly comes in bragging about how he owns his own business and making fun of people who live pay check to pay check. He came in on 5/2/2022 to pick up free joints for a promotion we had on 4/20. We no longer had the joints and were instructed by management to tell people we were out and will no longer be able to give them out for free. He exploded demanding something else for free using foul language and extremely aggressive began to make it personal by insulting the bud-tender; even after the tender was calm and simply stated the facts. He is officially banned from shopping and continued to add to it by writing false reviews on the website about the bud-tender acting "tough" and not giving him his free item. I don't think this is the type of person you want representing your company; he doesn't know how to properly carry himself as an adult when being told he cant have something.

John was great. He returned my calls and answered all my questions on the spot. His crew came over on time and removed all of the old roofing that was on my house for over 60 years. Repaired or replaced all of the wood that was up there. It was a big job. At least I thought so. John gave me pricing up front and was here when the insurance adjustor came over. They got the job completed in less than a day. The roof looks GREAT. I'm so happy. These folks are great and they know what they are doing. Five stars. !!!Services: Loft ventilation

Working with a new contractor is always a nerve racking proposition. From the first phone call Bear very quickly put my nerves at ease. Although our job was not the largest or most exciting, Bear treated us like we were the most important customer that he had. I worked with Bear Shellenbarger at Capital Roofing & Restoration. He came out the same day I called and did a free roof inspection. We were concerned about a possible roof leak and water/mold damage. Even though it turned out to be a non-issue, he thoroughly explained what the possible issues could be and assured us we did not have any roof damage.
