I've been buying boots for a long time at this store. Today l went to exchange my work boots for a new pair but l had a bad experience with a worker name Sean. He didn't want to do the exchange even though the higher up manager asked him too. I'll never go buy anything at this store?

First time stopping here. Was looking for a western Father's Day shirt for my dad. I need one that had a pen division in the front pocket. The younger customer service person did not know what we were talking about. However, we were able to find two shirts to our liking and showed her the pen insert. Now she will know! Also, we purchased a nice casual packet for church. Good bargains and items at an affordable price.

Good experience today - picked up a pair of Ariat boots to replace the ones I had after 10 years. Staff was friendly, respectful and helpful.

Stop shopping the Mall when we have the best of the West right off Orchard and I-25!!! Ask for Lukas and Kim outstanding attentive friendly professional sales associates of any Western wear and fun SW wear clothing and accessories!!! They carefully listened and outfitted my hubby from head to toe for an Award Dinner!!! Honestly the inventory will blow your mind!!! Quality and mostly friendly! I would have loved to spend more time in the women's section for jeans but two young gal associates were way too busy talking to each other and I was ignored! They missed a very big sale!!! Even tho, I will be back and look for Lukas and Kim!!!

The Boot Barn off of Orchard has the WORST customer service- made a special trip up to this one because it was a larger store and walked away with nothing- no way would I have spent a dime in there!

We had the best experience shopping yesterday. My son was shopping for a cowboy hat and the sales associate was extremely helpful. He took his time and really helped my son find one that fit correctly and was what he was looking for. He even went to the back to find a couple other styles in his size. We also found several pairs of jeans in his size which we typically have to order elsewhere because they don't carry smaller sizes in store. They carry a large selection of clothes, boots and hats. Store was clean and organized. All sales associates we talked to were helpful. Will definitely be back.

Very helpful staff even when I walked in 10 mins before close. I had an emergency jean situation and didn’t want to drive 45 mins to Thornton which is open until 9pm. I winged it and made it in time and every single team member made sure I was cared for.
