“I have been having a very difficult time getting my name changed on my Chase credit card for the past 18 months, and was told by a friend to visit this location. I drove across town and was told they could schedule an appointment to help me at a later date. When I expressed that I have been trying to get my name changed for over a year and drove across town for this specific location, the branch manager took me to her desk, jumped on the phone and got the deal done for me. My review is not for Chase as a company, but for the branch manager at this location. She could tell how aggravated I was and took it upon herself to make sure my problem was resolved, even though she was about to leave for the evening.”
