“I like this branch. We opened an account here after being at PSCU for years. I was sick of being hit with a sales pitch at Public Service every time I went in to make a deposit. This branch of CSBT has a drive through tube. Everyone inside has been pleasant and helpful. It's walking distance from home, they always have fresh coffee inside and their online banking is easy to navigate.”

“Bank is a place I just want to be in & out quickly and get on with my life just like everyone else perhaps. This latest encounter though was due to a much urgent situation as we were supposed to close the house ownership transaction today. We did not have an appointment made since we did not anticipate any glitch happening. Life should be always butterflies and rainbows. WRONG!!!
Long story short, we ended up sitting & waiting, waiting & sitting for a good half hour until the agent Theodora came to our rescue~ in a big way. She helped squared it away with all her best might in a calm & professional mannerism. We really appreciate her taking the initiative to help solve our problems on a whim. The transaction did get delayed by one day due to this mishap. Nevertheless we'd like to extend a big shout out to her.

“Best Chase banking experience I've had in a long while!! Keith Valdez literally saved the day after waiting upwards of an hour and a half at another branch location for business account services. He knocked out about 10 things, including adding my DBA, adding an authorized signatory, ordering checks, and even depositing a check, all while sitting in the comfort of his office. He had such a pleasant demeanor, it was as if I was chatting with an old friend. Promote this man to branch manager!!!”
