Great experience with this specific Avis car rental service at the Sheraton. Kevin was great, very knowledgeable about the area and the vehicles he rents out. No hidden fees, no unneeded add ons etc. I immediately noticed many other car rental services in this area had bad reviews and I quickly read the terms of others and walked away. I’d definitely use this service again knowing Kevin is running it. Rent with confidence.

Easy pick up and drop off, but found pre existing damage that was not noted…during turn in got charged 200 extra dollars in taxes and hidden fees…will not rent from again.

Very friendly staff. The entire process was quick and easy on the beginning and end of the rental. The customer service was top notch. They answered all of our questions and were very professional. We will definitely use them again and tell others to go to them.

Sorry there was no option for Zero Stars - I was forced to over rated the experience with one star. Horrible Experience! Car was filthy dirty when I received it. No staff available to accept the return - during posted open business hours and the lock box had been compromised so was not available to return the keys. The return took 45 minutes including 3 phone conversations with 3 different people before agreeing to accept my return - and still no one showed up at the counter. Thankfully my horrible experience was better than the 10 people who were still waiting at the counter because they were either renting or needing a receipt for their return.

Don’t use Avis!!! They overbooked everybody and my vehicle that was reserved WELL in advance was not available at the time I showed up for my reservation. There was no notice and I had to choose from two vehicles that were smaller than what I reserved and needed for my out -of-state move.

Avis /Budget experience was perfect. Easy and the location was very convenient. We are planning a trip to Canada in the future and will definitely use this Avis budget rental car. Thanks guys for your great service.

This location's staff really tried hard to help the customer when in trouble, and make decisions on the run. They fixed the things when it was needed.As for the AVIS corporate side, the "roadside assistance" needs to improve process, be it paper trail or updating the customers. One cannot be left to wait thirteen hours overnight to finally learn what is going on, on "done deal" principle. Thirteen hours of information void. They do not even know how to cancel the help request right. Strange. Better call AAA if a member.

They drag their feet. The guy took over an hour to serve 3 customers, one of which was only returning his keys (could’ve checked with the people in line to say “if you’re dropping off keys there’s a drop box” instead of letting them stand for 30 minutes).Then they have a “back at 10:45” sign that’s crooked and not showing the 10 correctly and also indicates that they won’t be back until 11:05.If there’s anywhere else you could rent a car conveniently, i’d recommend doing that.

It was a bit of a process to get the car (bank kept thinking it was farud) but had a wonderful experience with everyone who's worked here. When I had to extend my rental they got it done even quicker than the website would have taken. Between the friendly and helpful staff and the amazingly clean car I will definitely be coming back if I'm in need of a rental. Update: if you get locked out of the vehicle no one will actually help and roadside assistance is a complete joke. No one will actually help, you'll be hung up on, and it'll take more than 2 hrs to get an idea on when someone will be there
