The entire staff was personable and professional. I didn't even get the news I wanted, but it was clear and actionable, which is all anyone can ask. It was my first time there, and I was personally referred by another of their clients and am thankful for that.

I brought my VW Tiguan, with 85k, in to have a diagnostic run on the car for to a possible transmission issue. After the initial analysis, I was told that there was $4500 in work needing to be done. This estimate included replacing transmission, brake and radiator fluids, struts, and another suspension issue. I paid the diagnostic fee and got a second opinion. I brought the car into a German specialty mechanic the next week. After this diagnostic, the mechanics told me my car was in great shape and did not need any work at the time. They did say some of the work Antero suggested may need to be done at 120k miles.
With all this said, it seems Antero was trying to take $4500 for unnecessary work. Be careful trusting these mechanics.

Good repair shop. A little on the pricier side but they are definitely reliable and do good work. They will try to get you to do more than your car needs but that's always the case so you just have to come prepared. Customer service was great and they give a complimentary car wash which was sweet!

I heard a clicking sound from front of the car when i turned. Classic symptom that CV joints were bad. I took car to Antero, they spent most of day diagnosing it, could not replicate it, they checked out the CV joints, boots etc.. All were good. Despite spending on all trying to locate the source, they refused payment. Found my new mechanic. Highly recommend

I've been trying different local mechanics in the DTC area for a year or two and just found this place. Their work was top notch, plus they are honest. They mistakenly damaged an ABS sensor, notified me, fixed it and didn't charge for their mistake. They've 100% earned my future business. They aren't the cheapest, but it's well worth it!

Antero Automotive is a great business. I have had several issues with my SUV and Antero has been helpful and patient. They have resolved issues and walked me through every step of the way. Great customer service.

I recently had a ton of engine work done on my 2008 Explorer. I was referred to Antero by my coworkers because everyone in my office goes there. I’m so glad I did, Danny and Nick were very professional in explaining exactly what was going on and why it was malfunctioning. After a ton of work and detail my ride is running like it just came off the assembly line. THANK YOU Nick, Danny and the entire team at Anterio you have a customer and advocate for life.
