Just started staying here, and everyone inside the office has been phenomenal towards me. Other than this campground being cold because we are in winter ?, they have worked with me and been patient to no end to make sure I'm okay in the park. Its highly affordable, full hookups 30 or 50, and great customer service. It's no wonder they have had residents there for years. If you're just traveling, or you're looking for a semi permanent spot, look no further than Rocky Top.Nearby activities: Very close to historic Manitou SpringsSafety: No problems yet, everyone's looking out for eachother!

This review has been a long time coming. First, let me say that we stayed in the Campground for a total of 10 consecutive months.... so you better listen. I am so grateful we did. The staff in the office (Kare and Jeff) and the owners Gem and Dan were amazing and I think we crossed the line and became friends. All were always helpful and accommodating. They really took care of us. They are trustworthy and will always do you right. Maintenance in the campground was always available if we had an issue. Thank you Kevin. They even went as far as keeping up with the weather and fire threats and keeping all informed. The campground is quiet as it can be but more importantly, it is peaceful. We always felt safe and had no worries. I had to take a trip in the tail end of my stay and they even helped me keeping my rig in a parking lot for 2 weeks while I got back. They also received packages for us (and we had a lot). My wife Amy and I are full of complements and gratitude for Rocky Top. Karen, Jeff... we do miss you but we will see each other again soon, I promise. Thank you from the bottom of our grateful heart to you all.

I visited my son and family. The view was beautiful from that distance. I visited and stayed with him in his RV.They do have a shower area. Just have to walk to it.This RV park is dog friendly. So, with that in mind, please understand they bark when they see other dogs. They also have a nice dog run for them.Very quiet at night. Wind does pick up early am.Definitely a nice place to stay and visit. Didn't stay in motel area, maybe next time.

Stayed here for a couple months a few years ago and the place was very accommodating. They have a ton of great facilities and amenities that are top notch and in good working order. The staff was very friendly. The prices were great. Loved the chuckwagon dinners they had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is in a nice location outside of town. Bathrooms were okay. Would be better if lights were not on a timer. Buildings could use some TLC to the outside.Nearby activities: Near Colorado Springs and Garden of the gods.

2nd visit, we came back in summer of 2023, new owners, Dan and Gem, even nicer people, lots of improvements on the property, we spent $65 this time, wifi was waaay better, and flowers everywhere...still my favorite RV park in Colorado....1st visit: I've been camping all over Colorado, and this is an awesome place to stay. Awesome Owners, Van and Cyndi, probably the nicest owners I've met, and on site. Great views, super clean restrooms, free showers, playground, wi-fi, game room, and a few other nice things they offer. The Chuck Wagon food they offer is awesome, and priced right, and they delivered it right to my camper door, SWEET! Close to lots of attractions, we did the Cave of the Winds and Pikes Peak COG train. We stayed for almost a week, brought my dogs and daughter. Spent about $38 a night, They had propane on site, I needed that, along w/ some items in their general store/office. I know there's a lot of campgrounds to choose from, but bang for your buck, this is gonna be my spot every time I need to stay near Woodland Park or Colorado Springs...Nearby activities: Pikes peak, Cave of the Winds, north Cheyenne canon, 11 mile, Catamounts falls, all places we visited and the front office had great info on too. Very helpful.Safety: They added security cameras and the new owners still live on property.

Great place to live or vacation. Fishing spots, hiking trails and the town of Woodland Park are not too far. Staff is awesome and the views are incredible. They also have a great sized dog park that we take our three pups to daily.Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. No matter what spot you get, you are at a campground in the mountains! The staff and owners are so polite and are always willing to help anyone out. My husband and I have been here for a little over 6 months now and are still in awe at the views we get.Nearby activities: Three reservoirs nearby and tons of trails!Safety: Cameras on premises

Stayed in campground. Nice location but low voltage issues that could not be fixed.

We tent camped, and even though the sites were filled, it was a quiet campground. They have different sized pads so know the size of your tent before reserving to make sure you get the right size. It is a little bit of a hike to the bathrooms and showers, but it's not bad. I'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely love this place. The owner Jeff is SUPER helpful and was knowledgeable of the area. My fiance and I now know where to go and secret places hidden in plane sight. Costs $40 to tent camp. No power for tent camping but who needs power lol!
