I always have a great experience when I walk through the doors of Weiss Jewelers. The staff are all welcoming and helpful. They are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to diamonds and the different metals, and I never feel pressured or rushed to buy anything. They custom made my engagement ring using the diamond from my grandmother’s ring, and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend them!

Really wonderful work they do. I have not been to Weiss in person but my fiancé proposed with a ring they helped him put together and it is gorgeous. Plus it came at a fair price.I cannot recommend this business enough, they clearly stand by their work. Don’t go to Kay jewelers, Tiffany or anyone else, Weiss will take care of you.

I will never buy another piece from here. I can find the same watches at another jewelers in Loveland for less and work with a mature company.The kid who’s in charge has some anger issues and got offended when I asked about the comparison and then had his girlfriend try to harass me on social media along with him messaging me with threats.I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone after he attempted to sell a watch that sells 200$ less at any other reputable jewelry establishment.

I dropped my Bvlgari watch and broke the pin in the watch ban. Stopped here for a replacement pin. Alex and staff were super nice, friendly. They fixed my watch while I waited and looked around. Looks like they have a nice inventory. Excellent service. Can't beat the price. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went in to look at engagement rings. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for and I met with Alex, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, he informed me that I could customize my own ring, which was even better. They provided an online rendering of the ring so I knew exactly what it would look like, and the prices were very fair. The whole process only took about 2 months and the ring is even better in person!

Wow, what an incredible experience. I am now the 4th generation in my family purchasing an engagement ring from these wonderful people. Scott was a joy to work with, as was his entire staff. I custom built a ring and it came in under budget and faster than expected. The result was simply amazing. I also purchased two bracelets, pearl earrings, a pearl necklace, had two heirloom pieces repaired and two watches maintained, all with perfect results. Great experience today!! Scott was very patient and attentive with my elderly dad in resizing his watchband. The watch was a gift, not even purchased from Weiss, but Scott provided his services and expertise at no charge. Based on this visit, I highly recommend Weiss Jewelers!
