Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 min. They took a long time with prior customers. It was 3 minutes after closing when it was my turn and they acted like they didn't see me. When they did finally acknowledge me they said they were closed and refused to assist me..

Tried calling in regards to covid antibody testing. First, the automated system was difficult to use to get a real person on the phone. Second, once i got ahold of someone, they couldnt help me find what i was looking for.

They constantly don't run my secondary insurance and pretend it isn't in the system. Always to busy to figure it out.
