Worst pharmacy every and the operations manager for the pharmacy is so rude and doesn't know the laws for controlled substances. Was told October 30 I could pick up my prescription the next day and was told they're out of stock and to transfer it to another location but since it's a controlled substance it CANT BE TRANSFERRED which she didn't tell me another location had to tell me that.

Had probably the worst experience in the pharmacy i have ever had. At any pharmacy the one on 2600 11th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631 the “manager” Brittany was super rude and really showed she was just there for a paycheck. Obv i dont feel good im here getting meds. The walgreens i usually go to is closed on weekends so i asked them to transfer it to this one. I get there she is like well this prescription is at the other walgreens. Im like i know they are closed the dr transfered it here. She is like well its still on a billing or whatever. So it cant be transferred…. Okay can u fix it cause they r closed and i am Here. Obviously. She seemed annoyed that she had to do her job. There wasnt anyone behind me. She said give me 15 minutes and it will be $69 with insurance. I was like… are u sure u have the right insurance card. Again annoyed she is like i can check. These are things u ask to provide good customer service i shouldnt have to be prompting it. She checks it is correct it just isn’t covered. My usual walgreens will call my dr and ask if they can do a covered alternative or look for those discount cards. Obv out of this gem we are staying consistent and doing the bare minimum. I come back almost 30 minutes maybe 26 later. Still not filled. Just annoyed. Terrible service, feel bad for anyone that has to work for her

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’d take my business elsewhere if you’re looking for a pharmacy that cares as this one isn’t it. They are not interested in the least of helping me to fix their mistake. They blamed a technician who they say will no longer work there and are very rude when you call on the phone.

Went in for a Covid shot. Literally JUST finished telling the blonde guy that if I don't know when it's coming, I flinch and it hurts a lot worse when he points at the covid brochures on the wall and sneaks up on me. And it hurt! Then he tells me he did me a favor so I didn't have to see it or know it was coming. Yes, it's a little things, but crappy treatment about the little things indicate crappy treatment about the big things. I know you're busy, but it would be great if you maybe actually listened to people, pal.

Everyone is doing their best. Unfortunately when you're understaffed every single day... doing your best only gets you so far. Walgreens- stop cheaping out on labor! Schedule at least an additional clerk or tech. Waiting at least 45-60 minutes to pick up my medications every time is a tad ridiculous. Again, not the fault of the pharmacists, their techs, or their clerks. Do better, Walgreens.

I had been using this location's pharmacy since 2019, but will never use them, again. Due to a slew of issues outside of this Walgreens' control, I got the notification that my meds were ready last Thursday. However, I could not make it in on Thursday. No problem, I thought, as they are only closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and I still have enough meds to make it through Friday. But, alas, they decided that Fridays also needed to be days off. I begrudgingly accepted this, as I had to work the weekend and could make due on a couple days sans meds. Then I get sick Monday and Tuesday, so no dice for meds then. No problem, I'm still feeling okay without, I can get them Wednesday, after work. Today is Wednesday, and they are closed to assist another pharmacy. I get that COVID has hurt employment and pharmacies are in particularly bad shape from it, but this is just too much. People need their medications, and the frequency that this particular pharmacy is unavailable makes it clear that this Walgreens location is but another convenience store. I highly encourage anyone that wants or needs a reliable pharmacy to seek another location.

Absolutely horrible. Rx eta was 3 hours ago. I called to get an updated ETA and was left on hold over 20 minutes, then endless ringing, then hangup.

The child-like Adults are awesome! & they are unlearned not imbilciles. Mind you. How much would you know about being a pharmacist or anything else if you haven't learned about it as of yet? it's not the children's fault... it's the adults fault for trafficking the children (teenagers) but still children (under 21) nonetheless & one can only teach so much in such a small time. Please be kind and understanding of this. Unless the actual adults are there... they are extremely rude & demand it's not them... it's the system and get angry if you say well cancel my order bc if my card don't work I can't afford it. THEY ARE ALMIGHTY AMERICAN DOLLAR GREEDY!!!!!!!! Bottom Line.

This is the worst Walgreens in Colorado. Wednesday we drove by and confirmed all our prescriptions with them and they said they would be done by early Friday morning at 9 a.m..We went by at 9 a.m. on Friday and not a single prescription was ready. We live 50 miles away so we had to hang around in Greeley for 6 hours.It is absolutely ridiculous that any company is this an efficient.On top of that the guy at the window was a complete j****

I have used this pharmacy for years and never had a problem, it has really gone down hill. I called in my refill for my seizure meds 6 days ago and they keep telling my it will be in tomorrow and guess what, tomorrow still hasn't came yet. I have to call around to find my medication on my own hopefully another pharmacy can get it today if not. I'll be at the hospital after having a SEVERE SEIZURE!! Thanks a lot Walgreens. I'll let you all know how bad my seizures are on Monday.

I have had many many bad experiences with Walgreens over the past year but today when I was told they don’t sell nebulizers even though I bought one there I have had enough!! The pharmacist and assistants on 11Th in Greeley is completely incompetent. This place is a complete waste of time. Please don’t go there and support these imbiciles.
