the vet techs and Dr. Vega are so wonderful! they are really great with my kittens. we see Dr. Vega every time we come in for vaccines and the couple health issues the cats have had. she is always very sweet and affectionate and caring, and understands how to handle shy cats. she answers any questions we have and always takes her time to be thorough and friendly.

My personal experience at the Greeley location has always been phenomenal; the staff and manager are always very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.Ollie has been there every single time I've gone in and was able to calm Me down once when I walked in frustrated with their app as well as their website; she was able to override the items that were actually in stock with the 10% online discount and extremely pleasant in doing so. Ollie is always outgoing when I've walked in to pick up additional items. She's always very cheerful and pleasant to interact with.Last night I walked in for My online order because of a similar app/website issue and Barb and Rachel were also very pleasant in assisting with overriding items that were listed as "not available" for an online order and as frustrating as it is to have to go into the store for curbside pickup and having to explain to the store staff/manager I've just had to get used to it. On that note this review is based on the store staff not the app nor their Petco website they both have their cat food/supply inventory totally off. It is My hope that this matter will be addressed and resolved soon; it's been an ongoing issue for 5+ years and with today's technology one would think that it would have already been resolved. Come on Petco IT personnel; take care of this already!Items that were "not available"; supposedly.

I will never come here again! 2nd time our appointment was cancelled for vaccinations. They called me saying they have to cancel, when the lady was talking to me on the phone she was very rude to me. The Front desk lady was also super rude and smirky when I wanted my pet records to take them to another vet. I was asking questions and she just got up closed her computer and walked away!! I highly recommend to NOT come here and check out another vet.

Never take your pet here to be groomed. They might actually be worse than PetSmart. They don't do that great of a job to begin, with they take forever to get your dog done, and then they cancel at the very last minute because their one and only technician has 102° temperature. I didn't want to reschedule. I just turned around and walked out. Some idiot runs out behind you and slams the sliding glass doors together to get your attention, I guess. Super mature and honsetly... all it did was make me laugh. He stood at the door with his arms crossed scowling at me until I left the parking lot. I will never step foot in that store again and yes, I'm completely triggered right now. This is unprofessional and quite frankly, too unprofessional, considering that they do a crap job of grooming anyway.

Many nice employees but one stood out. Shawn was great when I came in with my Boston Terrier to fit for a halter. He was kind and very caring. I can tell he really enjoys being at Petco and the job he does. I will be returning for all my pet needs.

I went in to purchase dog food for my fur babies. I have been going to this petco for about 3 years EVERY single month (I have two large dogs and we go through there food monthly). I went in today to purchase my normal dog food. I am not someone who can wear a mask for medical reasons. I have not had an issue going into this store without a mask EVER. Until today. The manager WAS very rude. They asked if I would wear a mask. I responded with no and stated HIPPA. This is something that I have done the ENTIRE pandemic. I do not have to share my medical justification for not wearing a mask and this experience was the first time that someone has become aggressive and rude. The manager asks me "do you even know what that means?". Yes, I know exactly what that means. It means that it is my right to not relay my private medical conditions/history to others. He became just downright nasty. I said I will spend my money elsewhere. And left. Never have I experienced just rude management. And it being over a year into this pandemic, it had never been this stores policy to enforce masks. And they had never become hostile towards me for not wearing one, up until today they had never said anything. Will not return. Also, Amazon is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper.

We wanted to save some $. First besides the lady who checked us in got the wrong age she was 9 months when we signed up 2 months ago. When I tried to correct here today she was rude and short tempered. The vet helped a customer behind us and we waited for 5 to 10 minutes for her to help us. Then she was rough and scared our puppy 11 months has anxiety problems. And rushed through the process of half checking her out and giving her the shots. I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH VET CO AGIAN.

I love Petco because when you call them you don't have to wait ten mins or a hour they send you help right away too
