Don't go here. They will add you to the "waiting list" but then take customers ahead of you that are purchasing accessories or lines of service. God forbid you're already a client, you won't get any help, just ignored....must not be valuable to them.
Terrie the business manager isn't helpful. She will cancel appointments and completely ignore you...she's my business account t manager and doesn't manage it at all...overall Verizon business services are junk

Activated 4 new phones and a home wireless internet. Manager said he would.wave the activation fees on the second bill. It's been 4 months nothing but a lie! Don't lie to sell aholes. I am in sales I don't lie

Went in at 4:00pm 5/17/24 - Lilliana “helped” me by immediately saying she’s be assisting me but she was leaving at 4:30 so we had to be done. Went to trade in a phone and they didn’t have the one I wanted (totally okay) so had to order it. Knowing that I would be taking my current phone home with me she took my screen protector off for no reason. I needed a screen protector for the new phone and I specifically asked for the privacy one - she came out from the back scanned a screen protector and charged me for a regular clear glass one. When I asked about it I was told they don’t have the privacy one in stock. But I can exchange it if I bring the receipt and the screen protector… like I just wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it wasn’t the one I asked for. Over all I left without the upgrade, no screen protector on my current phone, and the wrong screen protector for a phone I don’t even have. Freaking ridiculous attempt at customer service.

Just went in to upgrade a phone line and was told they didn't have time for me cause they were too busy. They were open for another hour and no one was waiting. Brett wanted me to setup an appointment for a different day instead of letting me wait.

Short Story:
I had an extremely traumatic experience at this location yesterday. Unwarranted, the store manager, Cassandra yelled at me to get out of her store then threatened to call the police on me.
Long Story:
I was a vzw customer for 8+ years, however AT&T had a better discount through my employer so I switched over. Within the first day of having service with AT&T I noticed a difference in cellular data & customer service (I felt VZW was better in both areas at that point) so I decided to switch back to vzw (quick turnaround, I know).
I came to this location for help with transferring my service back to vzw. I was greeted by a kind gentleman. During our interaction I mentioned how I felt vzw's customer service was superior and raved how well I had been treated at this location (before today). 2 gentlemen at this location were incredibly kind to me and went above and beyond during our interactions. You know who you are, thank you. -- I was provided with a contact over the phone to assist with the transfer.
I was on the phone for roughly an hour with no resolution so I went back to this location. Cassandra was in the middle of a personal/non-work related conversation with several employees when I walked in. As I approached them, I was not acknowledged; she continued her conversation as I waited for her to finish. When I had the opportunity, I let her know the representative over the phone was unable to assist with the transfer as they stated AT&T wouldn't release my #, I proceed to ask her for help. She said there was nothing she could do for me and referred me to AT&T.
I touched base with AT&T and was advised my number was not being held by them. I then received an esim download from Verizon, however the esim remained in an activating status.
After receiving the esim download from vzw I made my way back to this location. I was then assisted by Landen; I asked if they could confirm if I had service with vzw. They stated it appeared my # had been released, but they didn't see any lines on my acct. As they were troubleshooting I asked for the manager's name and expressed how I felt she wasn't willing to assist with this issue. Landen went to the back for guidance on the issue and apparently relayed how I felt about the situation to her manager. Cassandra and Landen then approached me together. Cassandra starts our third interaction with "It's not that I don't want to help you--"; her tone and body language was aggressive. We went back in fourth for roughly 1 minute, (I remained calm) Cassandra continued to escalate. She argued I had told her AT&T was holding my number (from interaction 2), however if she took the time reconnect, she would've known a few important factors; 1. I received an esim download from Verizon just before walking in 2. I was told by AT&T they were not holding my # & 3.) I was just told by her employee they were able to confirm my number had been released. At this point I asked Cassandra if we could skip the arguing and get to the part where someone helps me. She continued to escalate by calling me rude. At one point she said "I even FU*KING called another manager to help you...", yes she said the word fu*k. At this point I informed her that her customer service was poor. She continued to escalate. She began to yell at me to get out of her store then threatened to call the police. 1. I did not do anything to warrant this. 2. this was humiliating as there were several other employees and customers in the store. Throughout this interaction I remained calm and said I would not leave the store as I had done nothing wrong. Landen then said if I weren't kicked out of the store, she would've reached out to customer service.. (confused as to why this wasn't offered prior to this point). After a few minutes of feeling humiliated I decided to ask Cassandra for corporate's phone # then left. I felt so d

Manager that was helping with an issue left store. Current manager is rude and refuses to help even though when I call in they say store has to fix it.
Stay away from this store, they will tell you what they want to get ya to buy or upgrade, then when it doesn't work not do anything about it.

Sky was amazing to work with. VERY professional but had a great sense of humor, and was a pure joy to work with. I had purchased an Apple watch and was adding it to my account and she went through everything with me to make sure I understood. The watch battery was drained completely so I had to charge it for a bit, but when it did turn on everything was done and it worked perfectly. I was more impressed with her responding when i texted her to let her know everything was working great. I work in computers and technology and was very impressed with how easily and simply she broke everything down for me during my visit. Many customers I deal with always seem to have horror stories after visiting any cellular store. She even went out of her way to see if there were any additional ways to save money or deals that I could benefit from. She wasn't pushy about anything and allowed me to choose what worked best for me. I will go back and work with her in the future without hesitation. She is what customer service used to be all about. 5 Stars really not enough. SKY, You are awesome and I truly appreciate you.

The Business Manager at this store lacks professional respect. I had initially received an email saying I could contact her with any concerns or questions. I replied to the email and never got a response. I was not provided with a phone number. Her meeting calendar was full indefinitely. I went into the store and while there scheduled a phone appointment with her and never received a call at the appointment time. Still with no way to contact her otherwise I had to go into the store. She wasn't even there and had apparently left to go to the courthouse for some reason? A rescheduled appointment would have been the appropriate action instead of wasting my time. I still never received an email response or call or correspondence in any way. If there was another company with better coverage we would have switched. So unprofessional.

5 stars for Bret (store manager of Greeley @ Centerplace) his customer service is always outstanding. My account got super messed up and my bill went up a ton. He helped me get it all figured out and explained all my options very thoroughly. Thanks Bret!

I went to this store for them to unregistered and then register it again. They had a little problem doing that. But they picked out a password for me without telling me. Please keep an eye on them. They do things to your phone without saying anything. I had auto pay next thing I know is I don’t have it and I had paperless billing now I’m getting a bill in the mail.
