There's a girl has a really cool but complicated name but she goes by vidI? Vide? she was super patient with me. I'm not smart or good with phones so she answered and walked me through. Very respectful and nice, I think someone should GIVE YHAT WOMAN A RAISE!

I have no idea what's going on with Verizon but I have had the absolute worst experience of my life, I set up 3 new lines only to have my order declined with no notice, 2 stores and 5 phone calls later I'm making this review, I have been hung up on told I'm wasting my time, don't call back, and brushed aside by customer service, in store i had the 2 ladies argue with me about the pin i set up saying I'm wrong etc, customer service had no problem finding my account with all of the info I provided to Beatrice and her manager at the Greeley mall stor. I was met with attitude and no concern about repairing my order, told me they can't do anything, and contunued ti insist i was wrong when other service members had no problem. As I type this she is boing nasty with another Verizon rep over the phone assisting her in her sale of another account she is completely unprofessional and honestly makes me not want service with Verizon. I am very dissatisfied, have no phone still 3 days after setting up my account.

Brandon and Omar were equally fantastic! They were both so knowledgeable, which helped me make the decision to purchase a new phone. Brandon and Omar have 5 star personalities. They made our time at this location very enjoyable.

Went to the Greeley Mall location in CO. We worked with Bietriz, and I can’t say enough good things. We had many many many (5 hours worth) of bumps in the road to no fault of her, and she stayed with us to work everything out and smooth it over. She made sure we were taken care of & went above and beyond. For how we were treated tonight, I will not go to any other Verizon location. You rock girl and deserve the biggest raise and bottle of wine!! Thank you so much.

I was looking for a new screen protector for my Android S21 and they didn't have any. Since it's almost 2 years old I guess they think you need to get a new phone instead of getting a screensaver for your old one.

Waited half an hour just to receive bad service. My brother and I went in and waited as the worker complained about working alone and cursed multiple times. And then finally decided to help us just to cut me off and say he could not help me. Why waste my time? Also another customer walked in and said he'll be back for his appointment tomorrow and Hunter said "Why come in at all if you have an appointment." I understand people have bad days but why make me feel terrible for trying to switch phone carriers. I was a new customer and would not want anyone coming to this location unless yall want terrible service.
