they’re delivery sucks, i have been waiting on this package to get delivered since friday and it got moved to today, still said it was going to get delivered between 8am-11am and now until 8:00pm ?

I filled out a change of address form over 2 weeks ago. I no longer live in greeley. I called usps and they said there is no change of address for my new address that I have to go fill out another?! Shouldn't be on me if you all didn't do your job! I have informed delivery and I'm still getting mail at my old address! These are important pieces of mail I need.

All usps I garbage in my opinion but this is by far the laziest store I've ever had to deal with had a neighbor hit our mailbox for the carrier to be to lazy to allow yes allow apparently they control what you do with your house ext. Then today come to get my package so it's not damaged the lazy guy up front took my name and number then told me they have mail back there and he's not going to look for 1 package the amount of lazy people amazes me

I live in another state and had important questions concerning mail delivery and I was helped by Kim and she was so professional and helped with me with a complicated matter. This office is wonderful, professional and very helpful. Thank you.

Mail was stopped being delivered and all mail was sent back to sender…… without my approval. All while waiting for mail to get a new ID. But to get a key I need an ID. But to get a new ID I need a two pieces of mail…….. and we wonder why fedex is killing their job.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I've had issues with not receiving mail for a year now, I had to called the 1800 number twice and still nothing is done. They also rarely ever answer the phone!

All FedEx and UPS deliveries of all values are delivered without a hitch. So far USPS at this location are 3 for 3 failures. 3 deliveries, all lost and undelivered. Visit to actual office resulted not in ownership of issues nor responsibility nor accountability but rather deflection, self absolvement, and condescension. First receptionist response "I just work here" to the question as to why 0 packages and mail have successfully arrived. She passed me on to another lady who spent all of 10 seconds to tell me all has been delivered when I just explained the opposite. Her response was "That's too bad. I can't help you because this shows your packages were delivered." Not, "Perhaps a mistake with change of address, or perhaps the carrier made a mistake, or perhaps this was stolen and I can help setup a claim", simply a refusal to work or initiate any effort to help resolve issues.I then had to call customer service since the two local representatives were stating there was nothing they could do to help. So I waited over 2 weeks with multiple cases and claims of which zero results thus far.Do NOT, if at all possible use USPS for their services at this location as all previous reviews will tell a true story of lack of accountability that no one deserves to be on the other end of. I have had many packages through other carriers and of greater value and ALL arrived with NO problems. So it seems pretty clear what's happening here. This will continue until there are consequences other than perhaps public opinion. Just read through the reviews. Obviously this matters little to those who represent this branch but YOU matter, so I hope this prepares others for the reality of what transpires behind the counters and behind closed doors of those who pretend their actions will not eventually catch up with them.

The gentleman that helped me was amazing, he was made aware that my mail box wasn’t ready even after 3 months and immediately escalated my situation to his supervisor without being asked, and my mail box key was waiting at my door this morning! Great job to this location for making this such a breeze, thank you!

USPS Needs to hire more people at this location. I never make it out of there in less than 10 minutes, at no fault of the ONE employee that seems to be there by herself all the time (also this is not a good part of town, a young woman employee should never be by herself, especially being employed by the government.) They also do not maintain this location for their customers or employees! The AC has not worked at this location for over a year and a half. THANKS USPS for using my tax dollars so *efficiently*.
