Absolutely horrendous service. The lady who others have identified in previous reviews is rude and either doesn't understand the company's own policies or actively decides to ignore them. I'm not sure which is worse to be honest.
Argued back and forth with her about package labeling when trying to ship some ammunition. After 2 trips back and forth to the library to print the correct markers, she still refused to ship my package, claiming I needed to have a diamond on EACH CORNER of the box. For the record, that's 24 hazard diamonds.
I finally had enough and called their corporate office to speak with a HAZMAT rep. The rep was incredibly kind and understanding and informed me that there was no such policy as having to place any more than one diamond on the package. She spoke to the lady at the Customer Center over the phone for me and even then she was still argumentative.
After what turned into a nearly 1 hour ordeal, she finally accepted the package. If I had another option, I would use it. This place is obscenely unprofessional.

Dark haired Lady with glasses has been there forever, is very rude towards customers, and should be trained if she's going to be in customer service. Took an amazon return and was rudly rushed out the door. No where on the building or door does it say no returns to amazon.

Unhelpful people. They see you standing there for assistance and just walk by you like they don’t work there even after ringing for service.

Tired of every time I order something it comes via USP, it gets delivered to the wrong address because apparently they can’t hire people that can read address on the houses. Get it together.

Counter staff is always pleasant and helpful. Being a bit understaffed, they are all multi-tasking constantly, but still don't fail to bring a smile while they help you.

My package wasn't delivered and when you try to contact them you are unable to contact an agent for help and the site couldn't even find my package. Very poor service

Horrid service. Important delivery scheduled today, never came. But tracking shows it as "delivered," says they "met customer." I was here all day, have motion detector doorbell on drive and porch.No one was here. No live support available to help.

They don't even knock or anything and just leave notes so you have to go get it yourself. We work from home AND have a ring camera and can see no one even tried to make the delivery. We've been told for 3 days they would call us before delivering but no call or anything.

It's ok... They kinda leave packages everywhere like on random counters or on the ground. It takes a while for them to find the packages because they are all over the place.
