I enjoyed immensely attending a University Center hosted evening invite only event. The facilities are prestigious and reflected the pride this Colorado cornerstone of collegiate education represents. The cuisine is a delicious example of what can be prepared. Such an adventure!! The new Commons are is amazing which is right next to the University Center. There are so many things to see and places to dine.
