From start to finish!!! Thank you Shantalee!!! I know my daughters hair is A LOT to handle. The first day we went in and had our hearts crushed cause there simply wasn't enough time. (Especially with schools starting for EVERYONE in our area.) They were packed &booked to the max but Shantalee saved our day!! She rearranged appointments to get us in the very next day!!! We're glad we waited cause the outcome is phenomenal and took half the day to complete all that hair. My daughter hadn't stopped smiling and playing with her hair since we left. The color is PERFECTION 🤩 Not too much cut (which usually happens cause of how curly her hair really is.) To tame that mane deserves a recognition!!! Thank you so much for putting that smile on her face 😊

Went in with my daughter to get advice and help on new make up routine for her. JoJo was absolutely amazing! Spent a solid 45 minutes with us. So patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you JoJo for taking the time today!

I have made an appointment from 1 week before and I have arrived at 3:55 I came early because I didn't want the employee to wait for me, but I was very disappointed at exactly 4:30 she said that she didn't have the tools 😡😡 so you need an employee who is agile and smart I have brought my wife there and I will never want to go back again the service is very slow !!

I’ve been to many stylists over the years, but finding someone who truly understands curly hair is rare—and that’s why I’m so grateful I found Madi Borden at Ulta (Instagram/facebook- co.madstyles). She listens to what I want, which already sets her apart. Curly hair can be tricky, and not everyone knows how to cut or style it properly, but she absolutely nails it every time. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and clearly educated in her craft. What really stands out is how much she cares about what I think—she takes the time to ask questions, explain things, and make sure I leave feeling confident and happy. I can’t recommend Madi enough! 5 stars is not enough!!

For those whose Mom didn't tell you, don't touch the makeup pallets with your bare hands. I was in this store yesterday browsing and one of the associates recommended some product. She wanted me to go ahead and touch the pressed and loose powders with my bare hands directly from the pallets. The pallets were very dirty as is, but this is a huge no no. I refused to do so or even sample the products. I suggest you do the same! They have a great return policy if you don't like the product. I wouldn't trust testing the makeup in this store after seeing this.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I've been working as a manager in customer service for over 16 years and the ONLY time I go into this store is if I completely run out of a product, otherwise it's online purchases only. I just went in today and wasn't greeted. I was walking around trying to find my products going in circles because I don't know where things are in the store. After walking around going up and down, I see girls stocking products, chit chatting with each other and still no help, no "Hi can I help you find anything?" I found a few products and now I NEED to find someone for my perfume. I asked one girl for help and thankfully she did. She was nice and helped me and I thought ok this wasn't as bad as the previous visits, what a joke I told myself! She told me she gave the girl at the register my perfume for when I was ready to check out. So I started to go to check out and of course found more goodies I wanted, I grabbed them and no one was in front of me but the girl at the register wasn't paying attention to anybody so after a second I asked if I could come up and check out. "Yeah"she replied. So I put my products down and she looked at one of my products (lemme glow lollipops) and said "oh you can eat this?" I got so excited because I LOVE these things and I started telling her about them, she had no care in the world. After asking me if I'd like to sign up for their credit card, I politely declined, she became rude and dismissive. This girl didn't even say "have a good day" or "thanks for shopping with us." NOTHING!!! It doesn't matter if I go in best dressed, glammed up or in sweats these employees are just horrible and make shopping miserable!! It's because of these interactions I shop and purchase at Ulta online a lot. Funny thing is I used to manage the Elizabeth Arden counter at Dillard's way back in the day and OUR goal was to make everyone feel welcome and have them leave feeling beautiful, knowledgeable and wanting to come back. Sad how times have changed, guess it's just about sales goals and hitting your daily numbers.

Absolutely horrible experience. My daughter got a haircut and deep conditioning treatment. I’m actually shocked at the fact her hair came out worse after visiting! The conditioner used was too heavy and left her looking like a wet mop walking out. The haircut was supposed to be heavy layers and curtain bangs. You guessed it, no layers, no bangs, just a V cut in middle of her back. 5 minutes was spent on her. DONT bring your kids here. And save yourself the time as an adult. If they can’t manage to cut a single layer in hair, opt out for seeking anything more advanced. If I could rate a zero I would. But instead it’s a pitiful one star, similar to the haircut & deep condition treatment she received today! Thanks for the first day of middle school! Next time, get your degree in something more suited to your strengths. Cosmo school wasn’t it.

The salon service sucks ! Went in for cluster lashes application I was originally with another person but last minute they switched me. The worker was nice but she seemed like she did not know what she was doing. She restarted the lash cluster application twice, and the ending result was not so great ! The lash mapping was not thought out and I had different lash sizes it was uneven.

Staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. I am not familiar with beauty products much at all, but they always help me find what I need!

I had an appointment at 5:15, but waited until 5:50 to finally sit down for my color. The hairstylist didn’t even apologize for the time, didn’t ask how I was, and didn’t introduce herself. She was not very friendly, and didn’t even ask which side I part my hair to. She was also pretty rough with my hair. I had told her I had to be out by 7 and I wasn’t finished until 7:30. They need to stagger their appointment times further apart if they are going to be running behind.
Super disappointing and won’t return to the salon unfortunately.
