No website or consistent information on what days they’re not at the shop. I’ve called numerous times and left voicemails, I think I recall sending an email. I have NEVER heard back. I went last Thursday, online said they were open, hours on the door claimed open. Lights off, doors locked. Phone not connected. Really poor service and wouldn’t seek out this place again. Don’t come here expecting much help, based off other reviews their customer service is really poor. No point in calling they never answer the phone.

The Wrench is the place to go for repairs best place I been to . Friendly honest staff and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Came in hoping to talk to someone about looking at damage to my car. I stood around for 10 min or so waiting to be helped no one was around so I left and will be seeking another facility to get my car fixed not sure how long the elderly woman was waiting for. Not sure if I would recommend

Called for a quote and the operator said he would get back to me never heard from him. I had to go to the shop to get my quote. I had a couple oil leaks (pan gasket, cooler lines) that needed to be fixed and they quoted me 1400 for it. Bad customer service and pricing.

Great people and service. I went in to get a check engine light code and I am going to end up needing a new timing chain. The quote for replacing the timing chain was a little on the high side, but a big repair like that does take a lot of work. Overall, I would use them based on service alone but, at this moment the dealer quoted me for less and I do not have much money to dish out at the moment.

I've used these guys for a few fixes and was always happy with their services. They have lately had their phone calls sent to messages or text. I have not heard back from them. I run a landscape business and I am busy, my truck cannot wait around for a callback. I went elsewhere. They dropped the ball on this.

Spent 1500$ to get my check engine light fixed, came back on 3 hours after I got the car back and I've been calling them every day for over a week and no response horrible business.
