Was able to schedule a Covid vaccine the day before, walked in, got my shot, and was out in under ten minutes! Very kind lady at friend desk and very kind lady who gave me my shot. Both were chatty and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will likely go back here for vaccines in the future!

I had a terrible experience at this place. The staff was completely disrespectful and inconsiderate, starting from the front desk to the nurse practitioner. I believe their behavior should be investigated for possible customer abuse. I won't go into specific details for privacy reasons, but if they are affiliated with Kroger or King Soopers, they should consider discontinuing their business association or revamping their entire crew. If a zero-star rating were possible, I would have given it.

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there..... this place is the bomb digity..... Seriously only good things here. I suggest making an appointment online, that's what I do with myself and kids. There a small clinic so they get filled up for the day quickly. I schedule online in the morning, if your able, that makes things go a little smoother. Plus you can add your insurance and stuff. ?Nice place.

I love this place and girls here but they act so weird when you come here regularly, girl I’m here for my pills not to bother you. But very nice and grateful this place exists.

Horrible horrible customer service. Jane, working the front counter, threw her head back and cackled at my girlfriend and I for not having our insurance information and choosing to pay out of pocket. She made a big scene laughing that we didn’t have our insurance that the other doctor had to come out and tell us we can always mail the receipt to our insurance provider and get a refund later. So not only was Jane choosing to be an awful human being for sitting there laughing at us, she also chose to be a terrible human being by withholding that information from us. Be better, Jane. You were the worst to deal with.

Place is a joke, never would I ever recommend anyone going to this clinic. Better off going to urgent care or emergency room.

Little Clinic assured us that our insurance would cover the Covid tests my husband and I needed to return back to work. We were told they would need to perform full check-up before our insurance would cover the costs. After submitting the bill, insurance didn't cover any of the cost and we are stuck with a $400 bill. Not happy!

It's impossible to get a hold of someone over the phone for questions. Called over 30 times, all rings, no answer, and their voicemail is not even set up so can't leave any messages. Why even have a phone number?

Took my daughter here recently. Hannah was very nice. They’ve checked on her twice since the visit, answered the million questions that I had. Great first visit!

I had a very good experience with the nurse practitioner and the front desk nurse. They both were kind and the NP was very thorough and helpful, going above and beyond what I expected. I'll definitely return as needed and recommend this clinic to others.

I work 10 hour days making it hard for me to visit my regular doctors office. So after feeling under the weather for over a week I decide to get checked out, only to find the little clinic isn’t accepting walk in because they are “short staffed”. What a wonderful service to the community. Super helpful.

I was super annoyed to drive all the way out to this clinic from Loveland, only to find a sign that said "closed...sorry for the inconvenience." I needed my reading for a skin TB test (which is time sensitive) and nobody was there, when the hours say they are open. I called the next day to spare myself the drive for nothing. The lady said she could fit me in, so I drove out. I got there and they tell me that no doctors arrived, so I guess I have to go through this all over again. Learn from my mistake. Save yourself the time and just don't bother.

Made a 10 am appointment to have my daughter get a rapid test. We were there early. Reception wasn't there until after 10, the nurse didn't show up, so reception told us to reschedule for tomorrow or come back in an hour, but they have patients and they could try to fit us in. Go back at 11:30 and then they tell me they don't take Colorado Access (children's medicaid) and I can't pay out of pocket for it. ?
