They charge you top dollar for cold food because they literally don't care. I'm guessing Taco Bell doesn't pay well, but they sure have no problem charging an arm and a leg for food they've made ages ago. They don't care about making customers happy or even if you've been fed when you're out 30$. I'm appalled. I'm not a Karen. I used to be a server and fast food worker. They just straight up don't care. It's sad and a robbery. Please hire better staff and pay them better.

I have frequented this taco bell, and have had good and bad experiences with it. The final verdict for my experience is the fact that they rarely get the order correct.The final time I went there we were missing five items, nearly half our order. When I called, I was greeted with an annoyed worker and little help.Even through the app their customer service is sub-par.Taco Bell has lost a loyal customer because of this location.

I really wish I could give this Taco Bell a good review, because some of the employees are truly a delight. However, this location constantly gives out incorrect or incomplete orders no matter what time we go in. We've repeatedly tried to give this location a chance, but we have walked away most of the time with half of our orders missing. I don't know what advice I could give since I do not know if this is a human error or some mistake with how this location is structured.

This place is consistently horrible! I used to do Grub Hub during Covid and couldn't make any money when orders came through here. Went through last year, same horrible service. Never seen a drive through take so long. No excuses like the lobby is closed. Came through today.... Guess what, 20 minutes or more to get through the drive through.I'm done!

The employees here are so nice and so helpful, they're fast and efficient they actually smile and greet you when you walk in unlike any of the other locations they say thank you and have a nice day they're so friendly and so courteous it's truly like a breath of fresh air every time I go there?Kid-friendliness: They're just as friendly and courteous to my son and he absolutely loves it!

It would be nice if you guys could get better people working at the drive thru. It’s like there is no customer service whatsoever. I get it, you may be having a bad day or whatever the cause may be, but I was smiling and said thank you and the guy was just like “here’s you’re things.” No smile, not a have a good day. The guy should be working in the back and not be dealing with paying customers. I’ve worked in customer service when I was younger for many years and no matter how bad of a day I was having, I still met customers with a smile and respect. I’m sure you guys can do better. Food was great tho! And whoever was on the intercom was great! The guy at the window, hard pass! Learn customer service please. Jzzzz

Food is just gross anymore and over priced, I hadn't ate at taco bell in over a year and thought I'd try it again and no thank you once again.
